Josh was walking along the dirt road with a serious face. Occasionally, staff members passed by and greeted him, but he didn’t notice them. He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn’t have time to look around properly.

After receiving a call from Laura, Josh left the dorm. It was a topic he had been wondering what to do since he heard it from Mark, and it seemed that Chase had heard it too.

“Miller doesn’t care about bodyguards anyway, so I wonder what he’s going to do.”

Mark laughed as he said that, but Josh had a different thought. This time, it was time to tell him everything. This was enough time. He should calmly talk to him one by one.

He sighed and furrowed his brow. Suddenly, he felt a strange feeling. Josh stopped walking and looked around. All there was was Chase’s trailer. But that was all. The trailer door was wide open, but Henry, who was supposed to be guarding it, was nowhere to be seen. Something was definitely wrong.

Josh turned pale as a face flashed past his head. Then, a chilling gunshot rang out.

“Chase!”

He shouted without realizing it and ran quickly.

She threw the gun away in surprise. It bounced back after hitting the floor, and then fell in front of Chase.

Beneath Becky, Henry lay panting. Red blood flowed out between his fingers clutching his stomach.

Henry swore, panting. Becky became even more thoughtful and just sat down on the spot.
