The news of Colt going to sea spread like wildfire, and his subordinates reacted in various ways, each interpreting the meaning behind his actions differently.

In Fish-Man Island.

Kisame Hoshigaki smiled faintly as he arrived at the Ryugu Palace.

"King Neptune, what Colt-sama promised you is about to come true. However, there's no such thing as a free lunch in this world. I need to see the resolve of the fish-men."

Neptune was startled, quickly realizing what Kisame was referring to.

His expression turned troubled.

"Kisame-san, I'm not sure what kind of resolve you're asking for..."

"Not much. I just need two thousand fish-men who have mastered Fish-Man Karate to join me in forming a pirate crew."

'That's not much?!'

How many fish-men on Fish-Man Island have even mastered Fish-Man Karate? And you want two thousand at once?!

Neptune cursed inwardly but forced a smile.

"Kisame-san, isn't that number a bit... excessive? How about... five hundred?

"I guarantee these five hundred will be the elite of my royal guards."

Kisame looked at Neptune indifferently.

"Your Majesty, the benefits you reap depend on the price you pay. It's a simple truth."

"I'm telling you this not because Colt-sama needs your strength, but because of Princess Shirahoshi. I'm giving you a chance."

'A chance?'

Neptune stared at Kisame, confused.

'You're asking me for people, and I'm supposed to thank you?'

Kisame shook his head, exasperated by Neptune's lack of political acumen.

"Only by showing sufficient resolve and determination will Colt-sama have a reason to fight for greater benefits for the fish-men."

"That's all. The choice is yours."

With that, Kisame stood and left, leaving Neptune to ponder his decision.

Alabasta, Rainbase.

Crocodile sat with a cigar in his mouth, the hook on his hand glinting coldly.

"Gathering strength? It seems like something big is about to happen."

"Hehehe! It's more like he's done playing around," Shukaku's voice echoed in his mind.

"Hurry up and get your ass ready. I can't wait to cause some chaos!"

"You bastard, don't talk to me so casually," Crocodile muttered, then smirked.

"But you're right. I'm tired of Alabasta too."

Today, all the bounty hunters in the first half of the Grand Line, except Kakuzu, were under Crocodile's control.

While their strength wasn't exceptional, they were more than capable of handling small tasks.

Like occupying a few Marine bases, for example.

Thriller Bark.

"Hey, hey, hey! Sasori! Colt-san has gone to sea, and old man Tobirama told me to stop selling bombs. Don't you have anything to say?"

Deidara sat next to the experimental table, complaining loudly to Sasori.

If he couldn't sell bombs, where would his research funds come from?

Sasori, however, remained silent.

He slowly reassembled a puppet, until he finished.

He then pulled out a box of scrolls from a nearby cabinet.

"Contact Tobirama and have him deliver these scrolls to Wanokuni's Sand Division."

"They'll come in handy soon."

"What do you mean? Explain yourself, Sasori!"

Dressrosa.

Luffy and Law, the Straw Hat Pirates, had recently caused Doflamingo a great deal of trouble, disrupting his operations and even turning the kingdom's coliseum upside down.

But Doflamingo didn't care.

To him, they were just naive children playing games.

How could there be no darkness in this world?

'You think you're sailing freely, but where do your supplies and money come from?'

'How many families suffer because of the destruction caused by your battles?'

'Pirates are never innocent.'

Doflamingo's face was cold.

'Justice? The victor defines justice. The loser has no right to speak.'

"Doffy! The Straw Hats have broken into the palace!"

Trebol burst into the hall in a panic, delivering the news.

"Already? Faster than I expected," Doflamingo mused, a wicked smile spreading across his face.

"Go and fetch Fujitora. The righteous Warlord is fighting evil pirates. Shouldn't the Marines lend a hand?"

Trebol quickly slipped out the back door to find Fujitora, while Doflamingo prepared to face Luffy.

By the time Fujitora arrived, Law was down, and Luffy had entered Gear Fourth to fight Doflamingo.

"Hurry up, Fujitora! Are the Marines betraying the agreement between the World Government and the Warlords?!"

Trebol's shrill voice cut through the chaos, his panic evident as he urged Fujitora to act. The battlefield was tilting out of their favor, and he knew it. He had seen the blind man's power firsthand—raw, overwhelming, and absolute. If not for the strict limit on Admiral positions, Fujitora would have undoubtedly been a full-fledged Admiral rather than a mere substitute.

If he chose to intervene, this battle would end swiftly. The Straw Hats and the traitorous Trafalgar Law would crumble beneath his gravity.

But Fujitora remained still.

He exhaled slowly, his grip tightening on his sword.

Sent by Fleet Admiral Sengoku to investigate Doflamingo, he had found nothing out of the ordinary—at least on the surface.

Everything the Warlord did fell within the technical boundaries of his privileges, even if his methods were questionable.

Now, bound by duty, he was expected to assist Doflamingo in capturing the Straw Hats.

On the battlefield, the tension thickened.

Doflamingo, his patience thinning with every passing second, ground his teeth as he clashed with Luffy.

The Kid's blows were getting stronger—faster.

The air trembled with the force of their exchanges.

Doflamingo could feel it: if this continued, things would spiral out of his control.

And yet, Fujitora remained unmoving.

Doflamingo's frustration boiled over.

He snarled, his voice laced with both command and warning.

"Fujitora! What's the meaning of this?! You're a Marine! If you don't act against pirates like the Straw Hats, what kind of justice is that?!"

His voice echoed across the battlefield, thick with barely restrained fury.

His pink coat fluttered violently in the wind, mirroring his turbulent emotions.

"Let me tell you something," Doflamingo continued, his tone darkening. "If I lose, you won't walk away unscathed either."

There was an unspoken threat beneath his words.

Doflamingo wasn't above calling for reinforcements from Wanokuni if it came to that. Even a man as powerful as Fujitora wouldn't survive if their forces got involved.

The blind Admiral let out a long sigh.

He had hoped to avoid this. But fate was cruel, and justice... justice was never so simple.

Finally, he lifted his blade.

A deep hum resonated as a purple ring of gravity expanded outward, pressing down on the battlefield with immense force.

Luffy and Doflamingo were both wrenched from midair and pulled harshly to the ground.

Fujitora's expression was stoic as he spoke, his voice heavy with resignation.

"I'm sorry, Straw Hat. Even the virtuous are forced to act sometimes."
