Legendary Shelter Survival Guide

Chapter 239 Summoning (1)

Just like that, Lucas had his days peacefully spent devising plans for the shelter and helping others in completing their missions.

The building that was being made outside the shelter was considered the guild building by Lucas. He had already conversed with Mike about it and by destroying two of the walls and making them from scratch again, they had the measurements right too.

'The starter guild doesn't need a lot do space, but the other ones after it need a lot of space. If everything goes right, there may be an upgrade option with the help of my skill.'

Lucas looked at the guild in the making and couldn't help but feel satisfied, Mike was putting each grain on his own, and from Lucas's eyes, it was easy to say that his skill level had increased.

The efficiency had increased a lot.

He then went to the cook and looked at the missions she had to complete.

"What? You already completed two?"

In the list, there were two brackets after two of the missions saying 'Completed'. Lucas looked at them and while they were very easy with the first one making her keep the members of the territory satisfied with her food. And the other, making food that will last for more than 10 days.

'That means… without even the storage, the meat she makes has a shelf life of more than 10 days, that is good.'

"I am going to complete the next one too, and should I give these to you or Uncle John?" Haley asked while cooking In the new pot that John had provided her, it looked to be better equipment than the stone slab she was using before.

"Keep them, they are yours. You are doing better than the others Haley, keep up the good work." Lucas said and ruffled her hair gently making her blush yet in Lucas's eyes something else was happening.

'Hehehe… satisfaction rate 75% just with some encouragement?'

In front of his eyes, there was a rate that he had activated from the system, with this rate, he could look at each member of the territory's satisfaction rate.

Mike had a whopping 90% showing just how excited and happy he was doing this work on the guild building.

Lucas went to the others and saw that every person was at a satisfaction rate above 60%.

It wasn't high but according to the guidelines, it was satisfactory, yet Lucas needed them all over 80% for the next 10 days.

'If not for the guidelines, I would have told them all to just be happy for the next few days but the damn system says otherwise.'

The guidelines had something written in it that Lucas didn't think was right, it said that telling them about the satisfactory rate was a bad idea and it would make things hard for the leader.

Lucas had two options in this case, either go with his heart and tell everyone about this or oblige by the notes given in the guidelines which had been right about everything so far.

He went to John who kept smiling at him mysteriously. Lucas sighed, he knew what the old man had in mind.

"You know what I am doing right?"

"Yes and don't worry, I will try to keep my satisfaction rate up," John said sagely while cutting the edge of a leather piece little by little till he got the desired shape.

"Thanks"

Lucas went up where everyone usually slept, there were only leather blankets there, and other than that, they all usually slept on the floor.

Lucas was not having it, it was not for just completing the mission but the way his people were sleeping so unsatisfied. He regretted not looking into it till now.

His mind said multiple times that even they could have complained about it but no, he didn't care. He was the leader so things like this fell on his shoulder.

Lucas called Daryl yet again, and the talk went pretty well for the guy who got his ego hurt by Lucas only some while ago.

Lucas ordered many furniture types with the priority of beds for everyone in exchange for gold.

Negotiating the price was easy, John was sitting right by his side.

-"They will be ready in some days, don't worry."-

"Thanks, I will call you in three days now."

-"Ugh, whatever."-

This time, Daryl was the one who cut the call but Lucas was okay with it. He had schooled him some time ago and I was not the time to do it again.

Hours passed quickly and Lucas felt like there was not much to do after he was done with the research for the day and making many more potions.

Even his potion bottles and the buckets were full, the herbs were also exhausted. Only then did he stop making more.

Still, more than half the day was left.

Lucas fell into a dilemma.

'What should I do now?'

That was the million-dollar question, what he could do with his skills, he already did. Now, there was nothing he could do in his skill's abilities.

'Or can I?' Lucas was very excited when he got out of the shelter, everyone was busy as hell when he asked them to come to him.

Seems like the missions were making people really latch on to their individual works.

"Okay, everyone, give me some space. Don't know what will come out."

"This feels like a bad idea."

"Shut up, Sandra. And let the man activate his skill."

"Yeah, Sandra! Shut up!"@@novelbin@@

"Shut up, you big hippo!"

"The fuck you called me?"

"Language!"

"Fuck language!"

John grumbled and gave Lucas a stern gaze.

Lucas found it as his cue to finally activate the damn skill.

His hands illuminated making his heart go all butterflies.

"I am finally using magic!" Lucas laughed loudly after seeing a big circle form in front of him, the circle had weird symbols formed just like when the chests would come out in the dungeons.

Lucas saw the silhouette of a dark colored big object getting spawned in the center of the circle, the butterflies in his stomach had already been eaten by the rats that were now racing all around, that's what Lucas felt anyway. Read latest chapters at My Virtual Library Empire
