Lucas looked at the guy who just nodded in approval.

He did not ask anyone anything further and went and checked on his own.

There seemed to have been some notifications other than his level-up that he had not checked.

To check these notifications, Lucas had to go all into the guidelines.

Wage war or ally with neighboring territories- 50 Gold Coins

"Have you looked at these requirements too, Uncle John?"

"Yes, I have some missions too but don't worry about them. They are menial but yours are some big ones. You have to complete them quickly."

"Is there any time limit?"

"No, there is no time limit and if we have to take a time limit, it is till the end of the 3rd phase. But if we complete the mission quickly, we will get the coins and new missions keeping our finances in adequate amount."

"That is true, Then I guess I have work to do! Alright, everyone! Complete all your missions to the best of your abilities. If you have any troubles with them or you cannot understand any, please come to me. I will help."

After looking after the people for a few more minutes, Lucas got out of the group.

He went directly to Bill who was getting grilled by the two girls because of something. When he came close, haley had stopped pulling on his ear.

"Hello~ Leader, So what can we do for ya?" haley asked charmingly thinking like always, he had some work for them.

"Nah, you go and complete your mission, Haley and Sandra. I have work with Bill." Lucas said with a smile after shaking all of their hands.

Haley and Sandra looked awkward and confused from the whole conversation and started moving away.

"Do you know what happened here?" Sandra muttered slowly to Haley in confusion.

"I don't know, I don't know at all."

"Since when do these guys hang out together?" Sandra asked again seeing BIll smile while talking to him and grinning from time to time while making a remark he wouldn't have in the past.

"He only smiles like that with us, is Bill… in love?" aley asked with a serious expression.

"Hm hm, that can be the case. Let us ask him later, and see how he reacts." Sandra was all giggly about it thinking she got yet another fun project after Sarah.

As soon as she thought of Sarah, her eyes widened and she looked at her sister with awe.

"Something may have happened while they were on this trip, why don't we ask Sarah? She will spill it all instantly!"

"Ohhh, good idea!"

Just like that, the two mischievous existences in the shelter were in for a mission of their own.

"Bill, seriously, you only have to do one thing now, find that human in the territory. And before interacting, look a the status, if it is something dangerous, contact me. Alright?"

"Alright, I will be leaving in an hour."

Lucas looked around and saw that John was not near, in these many days, the trio had got the habit of cursing aloud with every sentence.

Lucas went inside the workstation and looked at the tablet in front of him, he felt bored but something had to be done first.

'What is the missing piece here, I have everything I need for making this healing potion. What seems to be lacking?' Lucas asked himself, the formulas were written on the tablet with many words that were cut and written again and again.

The formula was made by him yet it was the easy part when someone had all the information they needed.

Lucas gave the formula a full hour before he felt like there was a need for completion of the missions assigned by the territory to him.

'Make a guild building adhering to the guidelines… Mark can make the building… as for the guidelines.'

Lucas started his research again, there seemed to be many things he was still lacking in terms of knowledge about the territory that he needed to get.

He was the leader, someone who had all the authority yet at the same time, many responsibilities too.

As for the guidelines, they were simple, it told Lucas all about what the build should have.

For the first time, there was a reference for furniture to be a priority and Lucas knew who to contact.

Other than that, there needed to be a place somewhere in there that would provide a paper board on its own when the system considered the building right for the guild.

That board would have a lot of missions given by the territory itself, not the leader.

It was a very complicated process yet Lucas was all over it. Having the Guild meant 100 gold coins in an instant and a place where more gold coins could be earned.

Yet there was another condition written about the guild, the adventurers and explorers registered in it would get gold and other rewards after completing the mission which would provide some commission as tax to the territory but other than that, the reward's ownership would be of the person that completes the mission.

Lucas felt the rule to be understandable, if it was any other way, the chances for making slaves and making them do work was high, it was still considerably high yet not when there were leaders like Lucas.

'Make them work with fear and there is no need for slaves… hehehehe…' It was the first he laughed so creepy like that and Lucas liked it.
