As it turns out, Aoni's worries were unfounded because Nyria ended up trying just about everything he had put on her plate. Sure, there were some things she gobbled down quicker than others, like the rabbit and Chimera, but by the end of things, her plate had been cleaned, and it totally wasn't because of the glutton beside her who, upon seeing there were things the bird didn't finish, FOR SURE didn't nom it down.

Standing up and gathering the plates to be cleaned later, Aoni looked at the contrasting states of his two summons. Nyria was sitting with her feathers slightly fluffed while looking around at her surroundings, meanwhile….Glacia….was sprawled out on her back with a bloated tummy and both paws resting on it.

'I swear, Glacia will eventually eat me out of house and home if im not careful; welp, at times like these, there's always a way to get her up and moving,' placing his fork and the plates into the dirty dishes bin kept by the cave, Aoni walked over and sat down beside the glutton before scratching her belly.

"Glacia, you know what time it is, right?"@@novelbin@@

"Gaoooooo," lazily kicking her right leg like a puppy would, she released a content sound while looking up at Aoni upside down.

"Chore time,"

"GAOOO!" Before he could say another word, Glacia flipped over and entered furry missile mode, darting off to the storage chests and pausing for a moment when she noticed one missing. Still, since she had no idea what to make of that, she cut a hard right and arrived at her favorite tool…cough, TOY, the lad had made for her.

Jumping up and gripping the wooden handle, she spun around, dragged the roughly 3-foot object over to the table gleefully, and stopped at Aoni's feet before releasing it and walking toward the table.

Stopping beside Nyria, she spoke a few Gao's as if saying, "Hop on time to play," and waited patiently, causing the fledgling to gaze at her wearily before looking to her Lord for answers.

"I…uh…*click*," clicking his tongue and finding himself at a loss for how to explain the situation, Aoni decided to be upfront and see how his newest summon would react to the information.

"After meals, Glacia needs to burn off all the food she ate, so she takes this," pausing for a moment, Aoni bent down and picked up the item the floof had brought over…a wooden rod with a snow plow attached at the end.

Yep…it's a snow shovel.

"And runs up and down the path we've been making; if not, the snow will build up, and it won't be possible for me to go down without some help." Scratching the back of his head awkwardly because he knew this was technically a form of exploitation, Aoni tried his best not to break eye contact with Nyria, who, at present, was stuck between being amazed he had convinced Glacia it was a giant game and concerned that he was even able to get her to work the tool.

"You see, we get a lot of snow, probably 8 to 10 inches, 3-4 times a day, and as such, the path needs to be maintained. So, since Glacia normally turns into a lump after mealtime, I figured it was a good way for her to get some exercise.

"C…ch…cheee…"

'O…kay….' Narrowing her emerald eyes, Nyria stood up and hopped onto Glacia's back. She was anything but naive, unlike her sister, so she roughly understood that given how hyper the floof could be, it wasn't necessarily a bad thing, yet it still felt…off,

"Okay, how about this, I made the shovel for myself, and she would watch me plowing the path and thinking it was a game, she swiped the shovel and would run around, up and down the mountain, basically doing it for me, so instead of telling her otherwise, I let her do it since she seemed happy."

"Chee, chee…" Nodding her head and finding that to be an acceptable answer, Nyria settled in on Glacia's back while the floof in question was none the wiser about the conversation happening.

"Gaooooooo, gaooo gaooo oOo." Standing up fully as she had been lying down until Nyria climbed aboard, Glacia snatched the shovel from Aoni's hands and took off running toward the path the lad had created using the Mysterious pressure.

Left alone and pinching the brim of his nose, Aoni shook his head and thought about what he should do until "play time" was finished.

'Dodged a bullet that time, but it's evident that Nyria is quite smart; however, since she was subjected to a lot of trashy people in the past, she has probably seen slavery and other exploitations.'

'I'll have to prove to her that I'm not like the people who hurt her before; even if she doesn't have the memories of their actions, subconsciously, she is extremely skeptical and cautious, at least that doesn't seem to be the case with Glacia…then again her… enthusiasm is a bit hard to resist sometimes,' chuckling to himself, Aoni finally had a moment to think straight and decided it was time to figure out what had changed after the Energia Baptism.

'UH…so it wasn't a dream, my Energia broke through not one but two Stages, from F to D…' staring down at his hands, the lad opened and closed them several times and could clearly distinguish the Energia flowing through his body.

Even more amazing was that his EC had practically tripled in size, allowing him to store and cycle a lot more Energia. Along with his newly acquired Energia Manipulation, he could finally begin training to do the things that made Travelers different from Mundanes.

After all, apart from the physical benefits, it was the magical powers attained by utilizing Energia that made them into beings of Fantasy.
