"Good, it is genuine," the Alchemist King muttered, examining the remains of the True Skeleton King as if he were a child with a new toy. His excitement was almost unsettling, and Leon's team couldn't help but exchange bewildered glances at the sight.

"What's with this perverted old man?" Naval blurted out loudly, watching as the Alchemist King rubbed his face against the skeletal remains.

Leon, equally speechless, stood frozen. After a few moments of this bizarre behavior, the Alchemist King finally set the remains aside and cleared his throat. His demeanor shifted back to one of composure, as if the odd display had never happened.

"Hmm, it seems you've done it," he said, his tone now calm and authoritative. Seeing him return to his usual self was oddly comical, and Leon couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief.

"As I promised, here is the first part of my legacy," the Alchemist King declared, tossing a book toward Leon.

Leon caught the ancient-looking grimoire, its cover marked with runes and symbols that practically radiated wisdom.

"This will teach you alchemy up to Tier III," the Alchemist King explained, pointing at the book. Then, he reached out and handed over a beautifully crafted relic. "And this," he said, presenting an intricately designed ring glowing with faint golden light, "is a Tier II Alchemist's Seal. With it, you'll have an easier time stabilizing complex formulas."

"Go on, use it," the Alchemist King urged, nodding toward the book.

"Right now?" Leon asked, raising an eyebrow.

The Alchemist King nodded with a slight grin. "Yes. There's no better time to start than the present."

Leon shrugged casually and said, "I didn't want it for myself." He passed the book and the ring to Roselia. "She's the alchemist in my group," he added, glancing at her.

The Alchemist King looked at Roselia with a keen eye, his expression turning thoughtful. "Hmm, I can sense an alchemical aura from her," he remarked. "She's Tier VI at that, though it feels unstable, as if her advancements were rushed or based on incomplete techniques."

Roselia's lips twitched slightly at the comment. While it was true her techniques were self-learned and far from refined, the remark still stung. However, she held her tongue—after all, this was the Alchemist King, a Tier X pinnacle alchemist. Compared to his level, her Tier VI achievements were indeed insignificant.

The Alchemist King stroked his chin, studying her with curiosity. "Still, potential lies within you," he muttered. "With proper guidance, you might one day approach the higher tiers, though that remains to be seen."

The Alchemist King nodded at Leon with a knowing smile. "Well, whoever you choose to inherit your earned legacy is entirely up to you," he said. He handed the Legacy Grimoire to Roselia as well, sealing the deal.

"And you can take this as well," the Alchemist King continued, gesturing toward the room. "This place, originally to acquire the True Skeleton King remains imbued with the Blessing of Sloth. It is no longer of use to me. I'll be moving on to the tenth floor now. That's where the next part of my legacy resides. If you can find me there, come seek me out," he added, his tone casual yet challenging, before creating a portal and vanishing in an instant.

Leon glanced around. "Well, let's take all of this," he said decisively. He approached the bed the Alchemist King had gestured toward and pushed it aside. Sure enough, the hidden mechanism activated, and the ground shifted. A chest emerged from the concealed compartment.

Smirking at his unexpected fortune, Leon quietly celebrated his growing collection of powerful items and resources.

"There's no point in going floor by floor anymore," Leon replied, his tone decisive. "We'll head straight to Floor 5, level up quickly, and then move directly to Floor 10."

The group nodded in agreement, ready to follow his lead.

Their first stop was the Tower Association, where they submitted the remaining quests. As the system processed the rewards, Leon's Ascension Points skyrocketed to 4,670, a substantial amount—enough to ascend even to Floor 46, far beyond their current objective.

Next, Leon turned his attention to Millim and her maids. "We need to get you registered," he said. "Since you're traveling with me now, you'll need identifiers of your own to interact with the tower's systems."

The Tower Association staff quickly set to work, registering Millim, Naval, and Liliana. Each received a unique identifier engraved on a small metallic badge, marking them as official participants of the tower system.

With everything in order, Leon glanced at his companions. "Alright, let's move. Floor 5 awaits."

The group set off, ready to take the next steps in their journey. They made their way back to the Imperial City, their base of operations, to finalize preparations. From there, they headed to the Teleportation Hub, an advanced facility capable of transporting challengers directly to specific tower floors.
