Chapter 590-Illusion Queen (2)

As the Illusion Queen's endless barrage of distorted realities continued, Dave stood still, his expression calm and almost bored.

The world around him warped and shifted, twisting into shapes and creatures that seemed to have no end.

He could feel the weight of the illusions pressing against his mind.

"It's getting boring."

His eyes, glowing faintly with violet light, flickered with an intense focus. In that moment, everything changed.

Chaotic God's Eyes

With a slow, deliberate movement, Dave activated the power that had been quietly waiting inside him—the Chaotic God's Eyes.

His pupils dilated, and a deep surge of power coursed through his body, his vision expanding beyond the mundane world of illusion.

The air around him seemed to hum with energy as his eyes burned brighter, illuminating the entire forest with their violet light.

He could feel the fabric of the illusions unraveling, the lies and tricks dissipating into thin air like smoke.

The chaos of the illusions stopped.

The beautiful banquet hall, the terrifying fiery pit, and the grotesque creatures all vanished as if they had never been there at all.

The entire world snapped back into focus, and Dave's surroundings returned to the lush, gigantic forest where he had first arrived.

But now, Dave wasn't just seeing the world with his normal eyes.

His Chaotic God's Eyes revealed the truth beneath the layers of illusion.

Standing before him was the Illusion Queen and her true form was nothing like the strange, ethereal man he had first seen. Stay tuned to My Virtual Library Empire

She was a stunning woman, her face perfectly sculpted, almost too beautiful to be real.

Her delicate, porcelain skin seemed to glow in the dim light, and her sharp features—her high cheekbones, full lips, and piercing eyes—created an aura of elegance and allure.

Her long, flowing hair cascaded down her back in waves of midnight black, catching the light with every movement.

But it wasn't just her face that drew Dave's attention.

Her body was… enchanting. Her figure was curvaceous, with a plump yet perfectly shaped body that practically screamed of sensuality.

Her chest, full and round, seemed to beckon him. Dave's gaze flickered downward before he shook his head, quickly refocusing.

'Focus, Dave, focus'

He knew he had to remain calm, but he couldn't deny that her beauty had an effect on him.

The Illusion Queen noticed his lingering gaze, her lips curling into a sly, almost knowing smile.

She crossed her arms, clearly unfazed by Dave's reaction.

"So, now that you've seen through my illusions, you think you can defeat me?" she asked, her voice dripping with confidence.

Dave took a slow, deep breath, his expression hardening. "You're not the only one with tricks up your sleeve," he said, his voice calm and steady, despite the tension in the air.

"But illusions are useless now. You've got nothing left to hide."

Her eyes narrowed, and her smile grew wider. "Illusions…?" she scoffed.

"That's just one part of me. You should be more concerned about what I can really do."

Before Dave could react, her form shimmered, and the ground trembled.

In an instant, she spread her wings—six of them, three pairs, each one glowing with rainbow-colored light.

The wings were vast and delicate, yet strong enough to make the air hum with their presence.

As they fluttered, they created an almost hypnotic pattern, like a butterfly goddess in the flesh, her ethereal beauty making the world around her seem dull in comparison.

Dave blinked, momentarily taken aback. "What is this…?"

The Illusion Queen's wings flapped, and the air around her began to vibrate with a power that sent shockwaves through the forest.

Her body became radiant, glowing with the same colorful light that danced from her wings.

It was as if she had transformed into something even more powerful than before—something divine.

"You may have seen through my illusions, Dave, but now you face my true form," she purred, her voice like silk. "I am the Destroyer. Your mind is mine."

With a sudden, sharp motion, she raised her hand, and before Dave could react, a wave of spiritual energy shot toward him, hitting him square in the chest.

He staggered, the force of the attack rattling his senses. It felt as though a thousand voices were screaming directly into his mind, their echoes pounding against his skull.

His body tensed, and his vision blurred for a moment. His Chaotic God's Eyes flared with power, but the mental assault continued.

The Illusion Queen's spiritual attacks weren't just powerful—they were designed to assault his very soul.

"Does it hurt, Dave?" she mocked, her voice sweet and cruel at the same time.

"You think you can break through all of this?"

Dave gritted his teeth, his hands tightening into fists. The pain from the attack was overwhelming, but he refused to let it break his calm demeanor.

But then, she vanished. In the blink of an eye, her body turned into a swirl of colorful butterflies, floating gracefully in the air.

Dave's fist swung through the space where she had been, but his attack passed right through the fluttering swarm.

The butterflies giggled as they danced around him, their movements graceful and hypnotic.

He blinked, and for a brief moment, he thought he saw the Illusion Queen's true form among the butterflies, her image flickering like a mirage.

He lunged forward, his fist striking another cluster of butterflies, but they vanished as soon as his blow made contact.

Every time he thought he had a chance to strike, the butterflies disappeared, leaving him swinging at nothing.

The Illusion Queen's body was nowhere to be found—only her wings and her chaotic swarm of illusions.

"This is getting tiresome," Dave muttered to himself, unfazed by the attack.

He didn't panic. Instead, his violet eyes gleamed with a hint of annoyance. "I can keep up with this, but you're just wasting my time."@@novelbin@@

As the butterflies continued to flutter around him, Dave's eyes glowed even brighter. The more he focused, the more he could see through the layers of illusion that wrapped around the Illusion Queen.

His Chaotic God's Eyes allowed him to see her true position, even within the endless swarm of butterflies. She couldn't hide from him anymore.

The moment Dave pinpointed her location, he rushed forward with lightning speed, his fist glowing with power as he aimed for her heart.

But just before his attack could land, the Illusion Queen's wings flapped again, and her body split into dozens of tiny butterflies.

Even as he destroyed some of them, the others simply reformed, their glow undimmed.

Dave's attacks were futile. No matter how many butterflies he destroyed, as long as one remained, she wouldn't die.

"I'm getting bored with this,"

Dave muttered, brushing a hand through his hair.

He didn't feel frustration, though—just annoyance.

"So, what now? Am I supposed to chase you around forever?"

'It's against my code to chase for a woman. A woman should chase me instead.'

The Illusion Queen, still in her butterfly form, hovered just out of reach, teasing him with every flutter of her wings.

"You think it's that simple, Dave? You're not in control here. You are mine to play with."

Dave smirked, the violet light in his eyes intensifying. "If you think you can toy with me, you've got another thing coming, queen."
