Nyx faced the gigantic pink beam coming her way with a smile, infusing her flames and phantasmal power into her axe, she unleashed her power, swinging it against it.

A splitting wave of phantasmal blue flames was created in an instant, accompanied by the shadows and darkness within her, splitting the pink beam before it could fully hit her.

The explosion made everyone think Nyx had been done for, but the truth was different, she quickly rushed down, using her Dream Weapon, the powerful Halberd her mama made for her, and swinging it down once more.

"Hyaaaa!"

As she roared, she split apart the winds trapping her in midair, and then attacked once more while descending, surprising the Japanese girl as a barrage of slashing attacks reached her, one after another.

"W-What?! She survived that unscathed?!"

Katokawa gasped in disbelief, as she quickly unleashed her powers even further, her branch overflowing with Dream Essence, as it generated an aura around her that then became a huge bellflower tree behind her.

"{Spiritual Bellflower Tree Barrier of Protection}!"

The bellflower tree wasn't there for show though, as it generated a strong aura that shaped into a multi-layered series of barriers around her entire body.

Nyx's attacks reached her right afterwards, bombarding her with slashing attacks and huge explosions of her powerful flames and shadows.

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

"Uuggh…!"

Katokawa saw as several of her barriers instantly shattered into pieces one after another, while Nyx kept attacking her relentlessly.

"Dammit, at this point I'll lose?!" she gasped. "I can't just stand defensively…! Why is she so strong though?!"

She couldn't believe how strong little Nyx ended being! Katokawa had ranked first in her barrier durability since the beginning of her life in every test she always did.

She was perhaps amongst the people capable of creating the toughest, most durable barriers of the new generation of Dream Warriors.

It was one of the things that made her very prideful, as it meant nobody could ever harm her!

Most of the time, she won fights by defending against any hit, exhausting her foe, then blowing them away with some winds.

But Nyx… broke all her beliefs about reality in an instant!

"Heheh, your barriers are pretty tough!"

Nyx rushed down after getting bored of fighting above the skies, using her dragon family's draconic powers and her mama's phantasmal powers, she combined them.

"{Phantom Dragon Summons}!"

She summoned dozens of huge Phantom Dragons, who opened their jaws, beginning to unleash dozens of phantasmal flame breath attacks against the barriers.

BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!

As this happened, Katokawa quickly touched the ground, expanding the roots of her Bellflower tree across the entire arena, constantly expanding her own Domain.

"Don't look down on me…!"

She roared furiously, releasing her Dream Essence all around the arena, as the roots of her Bellflower Tree fully expanded everywhere!

FLUOSH!

And then, countless roots emerged, rushing towards Nyx from every direction, with sharp spear-like ends reinforced with Katokawa's dream essence!

"{Bellflower Tree Ruthless Spear Roots}!"

"Ooh! Nice!"

Nyx rushed down, swinging her halberd as she descended, spinning around, and cutting all the attacks coming her way easily, completely cutting the wood into little pieces as if nothing!

Really, she was too strong!

"N-No way!"

Katokawa continued despairing, trying to find more ways to fight against Nyx! She prided herself so much in her barriers, and now everything was being torn apart by a power that surpassed it all.

"You're good at taking my weak attacks, maybe I can go all-out?"

"Eh?"

Katokawa's face distorted in utter horror and disbelief as Nyx suddenly grew black scales across her body, big sharp claws, black wings, a long tail, and many more horns.

She didn't transform completely into a dragon though but unleashed enough power to have at least half of her dragon transformation stats!

RUMBLE!

The skies darkened before her very presence; the entire audience became silent as they glanced her tremendous power.

"W-What's that?!"

Katokawa grew desperate, rapidly beginning to release all her dream essence at once, controlling the roots, merging them with spiraling winds and pink metals, and forming something…

Something big!

"I'll go all-out too! Don't think that I cannot beat you, you damn brat!"

Her calm and cocky smile changed into a face full of frustration and anger! Her face turned completely red as she gnashed her teeth furiously, her eyes squinting as her eyebrows furrowed furiously.

"I'll show you the might of the Sakurahime Family!"

RUMBLE!

Everything combined together, forming into a massive wooden giant made of bellflower roots, branches, and Sakura pink petals, encompassed by several barriers of winds!

This was Katokawa's ultimate technique, a giant combining everything she had, an ultimate, moving and attacking fortress.

The humanoid giant rapidly formed a head, glowing with red colors and a sharp and fierce appearance, it was a red oni-like wooden mask!

"{Combination Technique}: {Bellflower Sakura Tree Oni Titan Guardian: Shuten-doji}!"

"GROOOOOHHHH!!!"

The giant roared, surpassing almost fifty meters of height, it swung its massive wooden arms, encompassed by deadly spiraling winds against Nyx who finished her half-dragon transformation.

"Oh! Nice!"

Nyx smiled, covering her entire body with Flames of Demise, as she clashed against the giant's arms, explosions of flames and wood erupting everywhere!

CRASH! CRASH! CRASH! CRASH!

She received some blows, but also unleashed a few on her own, tearing through the titan made of wood's body constantly! However, she was being pushed rapidly, as Katokawa started constantly regenerating her powerful titan from any wounds.

"As long as I am here my titan is invincible!!!"

She screamed angrily, suddenly activating pink colored tattoos across her arms in the shape of lotus flowers, each one that activated refilled her Dream Essence reserves.

This was part of her family's special Dream Tattoos, infused into her arms at a young age, four for each arm, it allowed their family members to accumulate Dream Essence in them to save up for later.

And now, against all her expectations, Katokawa was now using them one after another, forced to do so!

But Nyx had yet to even release all her power…

"Heh! Take this!"

She smiled, opening her jaws, and releasing a massive beam from her jaws.

TRUUUM!

A beam, a powerful massive cannon of pure Flames of Demise, her dragon breath!
