After the final blow to the golem, the cavern was silent. The colossal creature had fallen, its massive body crashing to the ground with a thunderous impact. Dust and rubble filled the air, and the adventurers took a moment to catch their breath, the adrenaline slowly ebbing away.

Ella wiped the sweat from her brow, her sword dripping with the golem's enchanted blood. "That was intense," she said, her voice strained but triumphant. "Good thing we didn't let it get the upper hand."

Yuki, still scanning the cavern for any further threats, nodded. "Yeah, that thing was tough. But we handled it well."

Lyra, who had been surveying the area, spotted something that caught her eye. At the far end of the cavern, partially obscured by rocks and debris, was a stone door—a door that hadn't been there before, at least not when they'd first entered.

"Over here," Lyra called to her companions. "I think we found another room."

Ella and Yuki approached her quickly, their curiosity piqued. The door was ancient, its surface carved with intricate symbols and runes, glowing faintly with a magical aura. Lyra placed her hand on the door, and after a moment of concentration, the runes responded, shifting and glowing brighter. Slowly, the door creaked open.

Inside was a treasure trove beyond their wildest expectations.

Piles of gold coins, stacks of silver bars, precious gems, and enchanted artifacts filled the room. Shelves lined the walls, laden with rare items—some were swords and weapons, others were trinkets and ornaments, all radiating power. The air was thick with the smell of riches, and the sight of such wealth made their hearts race.

"Now, this is a treasure hoard," Ella breathed, her eyes wide. "I don't even know where to start."

Yuki stepped forward, her eyes scanning the weapons. "We should definitely take a look at these. You never know what might be useful."

"Hold on," Lyra said, lifting a hand. "Let’s be careful. We don’t know if this is all safe. I’ll check the scrolls and magic items first."

Ella and Yuki nodded, agreeing that Lyra’s magical expertise would come in handy. Lyra stepped forward, carefully inspecting the various enchanted books and scrolls scattered across one of the tables. She could sense the power within each one, the latent magic calling to her. She picked up several of them, noting their titles: "Advanced Elemental Magic," "Ancient Spells of the Elven Court," "Scroll of Spirit Binding," and many more.

"I think I’ll keep all of these," Lyra said, a small smile tugging at her lips. "These could be useful later, especially the one on Spirit Binding. I’ll make sure to study them all carefully."

Ella walked over to a pile of gold coins, her eyes glinting with excitement. She bent down and started counting them, using her keen sense of value. "Looks like we hit the jackpot. There’s about 700 gold coins here," she said, a note of disbelief in her voice. "And over there, I see 10,000 silver coins and 500 copper coins. This should keep us well off for a while."

Yuki, meanwhile, had found a collection of fine swords and daggers. She examined them carefully, noting the craftsmanship. "These are good weapons," she said. "But nothing special. I’ll leave them here."

Lyra nodded, her attention still fixed on the magical tomes. "If no one else wants them, I’ll take the scrolls as well. These could help me improve my abilities."

With the treasure found and accounted for, the trio agreed on what to take and what to leave behind. The gold, silver, and copper coins were a generous find, but the real prize was the knowledge hidden within the scrolls. The magical tomes would provide Lyra with the tools to grow stronger, to continue honing her magic.

"Alright," Lyra said, tucking the scrolls into her satchel. "Let’s head back to the merchant. We’ve got what we came for, and it’s time to finish this job."
