If he didn't immediately absorb that black dark light energy, then everyone in that place could be injured and die.

'There is no other choice. I have to stop that black pillar of light before it's too late,' Aaron said.

Eloise glanced forward, seeing Aaron's figure standing right in front of her eyes. In an instant, Aaron's body began to be enveloped by a dense aura of black darkness magic. That power continued to wrap Aaron like a caterpillar cocoon.

"What is he going to do?!" asked Eloise.

The woman tried to stop this turmoil by trying to remove the ring of darkness from Emily's finger. However, Eloise failed to approach the woman as if there was a barrier field separating the two.

Her body bounced and was thrown back, hitting the wall of the room causing the furniture to fall. Emily could not be touched, so the ring of darkness could not be removed.

"What should I do?" muttered Eloise.

She heard the sound of a large crack in the Sky Sword 25th headquarters. Since Eloise had no other choice, she had to use all the abilities she had to withstand the power of the black dark energy.

Eloise did not know whether she was capable of doing so or not. However, she only hoped that she could do so.

If not, Eloise was afraid that not only the members of the 25th Sky Sword would be injured, but the entire city would also experience the same thing.

Eloise flew with her head up to the sky. Her two fingers formed a complicated magic hand formation, then released her magic into the sky to thicken the walls of the magic defense dome.

Slowly, the cracks that had appeared in the blue-colored protective dome began to be repaired and returned to its previous solidity.

"All members of the 25th Sky Sword. Unite your strength and defend the base!" said Eloise.

"Alright!"

All the members of the 25th Sky Sword channeled the magic energy they had towards the defensive magic formation that Eloise had raised.

The magic wall grew stronger until it was able to withstand the attack of the black pillar of darkness.

Even so, a strong boom of magic was felt outside the Sky Sword 25th headquarters. Jovanni and Max were still in the outer area of the Sky Sword headquarters, they were still defending the city's protective magic wall.

The black magic boom was felt by Jovanni and Max, for those who were not strong enough, they would be injured just from being hit by this black magic boom.

Their chests would be tight, their heads would be dizzy, and their whole bodies would be warm.

"Quickly defend the city walls. Those who are injured, retreat and recover!" said Jovanni.

"Speed up the evacuation process. Don't let any of the townspeople die or get injured in this incident," said Max.

All the members of Dimension Justice listened to Jovanni's words, as well as the members of the Night Liberators who listened to Max's words. They worked together to help each other for the safety of Lilith City.

Inside the headquarters, Eloise was still trying to balance the protective formation. Although the black pillar of darkness was strong, Eloise felt that she could still withstand that power.

However, Eloise doubted if she could withstand that power for much longer. Her magic energy was limited, as were the other members of the 25th Sky Sword.

They would run out of magic energy causing the strength of the headquarters' protective wall to weaken.

What Eloise feared happened, several members of the 25th Sky Sword fell unconscious, which caused the channeling of magic energy to stop.

Eloise vomited blood with both hands shaking, her face turning pale after the amount of magic energy she had used.

'Apparently, I can't hold back any longer,' Eloise explained.

The cracks in the wall of the headquarters' protective dome were getting bigger and bigger. Jovanni and Max looked worried about Eloise's safety. Some of them even tried to break in to save Eloise.

CRACK!

The protective dome wall shattered, sending powerful magic fluctuations throughout the city, several buildings in the Sky Sword 25th headquarters collapsed under the impact.

SWIFT!

In an instant, a male figure in a black cloak darted quickly from Emily's room into the sky. His figure arrived near Eloise who fell down after running out of magic energy.

Aaron arrived with magic armor on his body, a long black robe stretched out from his shirt suit, and his long hair was black.

He flew over holding a black iron spear in his right hand, while his left hand extended to the side to catch Eloise's fallen body.

Eloise opened her eyes and saw Aaron coming to her rescue. However, one thing that was certain from Eloise's eyes was the power that Aaron possessed.

"I'm sorry that I caused all this!" said Aaron, speaking to Eloise with the man's eyes fixed on the black pillar of light.@@novelbin@@

Aaron threw the black spear forcefully upwards, forming a black pillar of darkness to cause an even stronger magic boom.

Not wanting Eloise to get hurt, Aaron landed in the front yard of the headquarters and handed the woman over to the members of the 25th Sky Sword.

"Let no one interfere in this!" said Aaron, everyone simultaneously responded by nodding slowly.

In a flash of black light, Aaron disappeared from the scene and returned to the skyline of the Sky Sword 25th headquarters.

Jovanni and Max wondered about the figure of the black-robed man who seemed to be present in that place. From their eyes, it was certain that the man was much stronger than them.

Bravely, Aaron held the black spear that held the power of black darkness again.

Just as he grasped it, a magic boom occurred once and destroyed any kind of protective magic in that place.

Jovanni and Max were injured to the point of falling from the sky, some of their group members were even killed by the soul-destroying blast of magic.

Eloise got up with Aldo's help, she raised her head and saw Aaron struggling against the black pillar of darkness. It was a clear message from Aaron that he refused to let anyone help him this time.

"What is he doing?" asked Eloise, hurt.

Aerith saw the scene. She had planned to come to Aaron's rescue. However, the situation was not possible as her magic power had not fully recovered.

'Aaron! Please, don't die!" said Aerith.

Aaron was still holding the black spear firmly, black lightning struck his body, making him vomit blood. Eloise and Aerith shouted Aaron's name, even though they were in different dimensions.

'Why do I feel familiar with this black pillar of darkness?' Aaron asked.

'It's because the power of the black pillar of darkness is EXP energy. You must have realized it after enduring that power,' said Azazel.

'If that's the case. I have no other choice!'

The man removed the black spear that was originally used to hold back the pillar of black darkness.

Now, Aaron only used his two hands to hold back the power of the black darkness, while looking for a way to absorb the entire large amount of EXP energy.

Aaron's eyes closed, he let his soul work to absorb the energy directed at him. The black lightning continued to strike Aaron's body, the man was injured. However, he would not stop unless he died.

'If I get this much EXP energy, then I can get a big advantage,' Aaron said.

'Just keep an eye on your body's limits to withstand that black lightning. Don't die after absorbing all that black energy,' said Azazel.

Aaron nodded. He knew what he had to do with his power. Now, the real gamble began between Aaron choosing his life or the EXP he would get.

Lightning flashed and the boom of magic spread strongly. Aaron was already hurt enough by what happened. However, he could see the intensity of the black pillar of darkness starting to shrink.

"It seems that I managed to—"

ZAP!

A huge bolt of lightning struck Aaron's body until it shattered the top of the Sky Sword 25th headquarters.

Aaron vomited blood with blurred vision, he fell from the sky with the force of the black pillar of darkness crashing down on him again.

"AARON!" shouted Eloise.

"AARON!" shouted Aerith from the Dark Dimension.

A huge rumble occurred and caused the figure of the man named Aaron to fall dying from the sky. Slowly, something surprising happened.

The rumbling black cloud disappeared by itself, as did the black pillar of darkness that was absorbed into Aaron's body.

The lightning no longer struck, the sky turned bright from being pitch black. Now, everyone was relieved, their lives were no longer in danger.

However, Aaron fell from the sky and crushed the roof of the Sky Sword 25th headquarters. He lay limp and helpless in the throne hall, causing Eloise to rush to him.

Aerith came out of the Dark Dimension, seeing Aaron's figure lying limply dying on the floor of Sky Sword.

Eloise opened the door and saw Aerith in the room, sitting on her knees while making her legs a pillow for Aaron's head.

"How is he?" asked Eloise.

Aerith raised her head and looked at Eloise slowly, "He's dying."
