Chapter 270 Dragon Kingdom
From the front, Aaron saw five men in maroon armor. Their hands seemed to be holding a spear with the blade blazing in flames.
Red horns and dragon tails distinguished them. They seemed to float in the air without the aid of any magic, presumably their strength was equivalent to a Venerable Sage tier mage.
'Damn. I didn't expect that this place was the territory of the mythological Dragon race,' Aaron explained, speechless.
"You guys go back to my body. Let me handle them," Aaron ordered softly to Thania and Aoi.
Both of them nodded. They returned to Aaron's body and disappeared in their magic. The eyes of one of the men of the dragon race squinted, precisely when he saw the two mythological races obeying Aaron.
"What is your purpose here, Human! Are you planning to return to destroy us?" asked the man, pointing his fire spear forward, threatening Aaron.
"Destroy? Of course not. I don't even have such intentions," Aaron replied.
"You are the first human in this place after hundreds of years of us evacuating to this place. If you intend to fight, then we won't hesitate!" the man emphasized, beginning to emit his magic with such force that it startled Aaron.
'It's certain that the strength of the people in this dragon race is different from mine. I have to be careful not to offend them,' Aaron explained.
"I'm a wandering mage. I'm determined to go upstairs. So, I have no business with you guys," Aaron emphasized.
"We don't trust you!"
The man threw a red magic stone forward. Aaron was surprised to see that the stone worked like a magnet and a chain at the same time. Aaron was caught and helpless.
He removed his Dark Azazel spear to prevent them from getting upset or offended. The man transformed from a human into a huge dragon, his body's change in magic accompanied by a powerful wave of magic.
The dragon roared and gripped Aaron's body firmly. They re-entered into a different dimension built on the ruins of the city.
He and the five people of the dragon race flew over the beautiful city, many city dwellers were going about their normal activities.
What was inside this dimension was much different from what it looked like outside.
"Look up! Is that a human?"
"No way! Humans have already reached this floor. Are we going to go to war soon?"
"Take it easy, the entire Dragon Race royalty has reached the peak of their strength. The humans won't be able to defeat us."
Aaron was silent, occasionally looking at the people in this city. They looked suspicious and frightened when they realized that there were humans caught by the warriors guarding the dimensional gate.
"You protected them by building this dimension. I'm impressed," Aaron explained.@@novelbin@@
"Stop talking nonsense. After this, you won't be able to see our city anymore!" said one of the five dimensional gate guards. Discover exclusive content at My Virtual Library Empire
Aaron glanced ahead, there was a large and magnificent castle with many dragons flying around it, it seemed like a routine activity to guard the castle.
The dragon carrying Aaron dropped the man roughly down, to the ground in front of the castle. The dragon again transformed from a large dragon form into a half-dragon man.
"Quickly stand up! We must bring you before His Majesty the Dragon King," said the man, dragging Aaron's body roughly into the castle.
Several hallways passed, the half-dragons or commonly called Dragonkin began to look sarcastically at Aaron. Their hatred for humans seemed to come back when they saw Aaron's face.
The door of the throne hall opened after someone inside allowed the five gatekeepers of the city dimension to enter. Aaron saw the splendor of the throne hall, something rarely encountered.
'I didn't expect that the dragon race could build this place to this grand,' Aaron explained, still amazed.
He looked forward, witnessing a man sitting on the throne wearing a red crown. His face was young, probably around 25-30 human age.
However, no one knew for sure how young the dragon race was in hundreds of years.
"We captured a human in front of the city dimension gate, Your Highness Prince," explained the man, crouching down.
Aaron was still on his back on the floor of the throne hall, finding it difficult to stand up from the impact of the shackles around his waist.
However, his head snapped up, seeing the shocked expression shown by the man on the throne.
"Human? How come?" asked the man, shocked.
"It seems she has conquered several floors of the Dark Pillar Tower to reach this floor."
"That means he's strong," explained the dragon race prince, getting up and stepping closer to Aaron.
Aaron squinted his eyes, sensing that there were strong magic fluctuations felt in the dragon prince's every step.
The prince ordered his soldiers to stand Aaron up, now Aaron was looking eye to eye with him.
"What is your purpose?" asked the prince.
"None. I'm just a wandering mage focused on conquering every floor of Dark Pillar," Aaron replied.
"Forget it! You can't possibly destroy us," explained the prince, as he ordered his soldiers to take Aaron to prison.
"Okay."
They took Aaron to the dungeon in the castle, while the dragon prince continued to receive guests to discuss something with him.
Arriving at the prison, they immediately threw Aaron into a cell where the space had anti-magic capabilities. Any type of magic could be neutralized by that space.
"Akh! They're really rude," Aaron complained.
He looked to the side, no one but himself was locked up. Aaron let out a long sigh, the situation was so complicated right now.
'If Sokia is here, maybe she can help me,' Aaron explained.
A guard came and changed shifts with the prison warden. Before they left, Aaron could hear their conversation.
They seemed to be talking about the missing King's Daughter. She had been missing for hundreds of years and they didn't know where she was.
"The King's daughter?" Aaron asked.
"Are you eavesdropping?" asked the prison guard.
"Hey, this place isn't big, I can even hear you whispering," Aaron explained.
"What happened to the King's daughter?" asked Aaron.
"That's not something you need to know, Human!"
What do you think?
