Once we came out with the Relic of Destruction, the last thing that I did was have Joan release more flames into the ruins that this Relic of Destruction had been sealed in.

It seemed like I was doing this for no reason, but really I was just being careful.

There was no telling if there were any traces of corruption that were still left inside of these ruins.

If there was, these flames would be more than enough to clear them out.

But I knew that there wasn't anything.

Even though the flames were surging into the ruins, they weren't actually flowing that fast. It didn't seem like there was anything that attracted them inside of the ruins, it just seemed like they were being pushed into the ruins by Joan's breath.

That at least showed that we weren't leaving anything behind.

After shooting her breath into the ruins a few times, I had Joan stop before telling everyone to get ready to leave.

This time, I wasn't going to go back to the Holy Empire with the saintess to escort the Relic of Destruction. Since it was already sealed, there was no need for me to go along with them, they were more than enough to transport it.

However, it really seemed like the group from the Holy Empire wanted me to go with them.

The saintess was looking at me like some kind of puppy that was being abandoned as I prepared to leave.

It was very obvious what they were trying to do, but I didn't fall for it at all.

But the fact that I didn't fall for it just made them take things up a notch.

It reached a point where even I was starting to feel uncomfortable from their actions.

After all, the things that the saintess did weren't normal at all…

"Holy son, are you really not coming with us? This is an important matter, I really think that you should come with us to see the pope and transport this Relic of Destruction." Though from her voice, I could tell that there was a part of her that wanted to say something else.

It was clear that she still wanted to give me the Relic of Destruction to hold, but I wasn't going to take it.

Instead, I just shook my head and said, "The Relic of Destruction is properly sealed and I've just talked to the popes not that long ago. All we need to do now is work hard to find the other Relics of Destruction."

Then to my surprise, the saintess suddenly stepped forward.

It wouldn't be a problem if she just took a single step forward, but she kept coming towards me until she was right up against me. It was to the point where just raising my hand would cause it to bump against her body.

I couldn't help taking a step back when I saw her like this, but it didn't seem like the saintess was about to let me go. Instead of staying there, she actually moved with me as I went to take a step back.

Only she moved too quickly and she actually pushed herself against me.

The moment that she did, I could feel her body pressing up against me.

An awkward look appeared on my face and I made sure to move my hands away from places that I shouldn't touch, but the way that she fell against me…

Well, she put her chest forward so that it was pressing right up against my chest.

And in the end, I had no choice but to bring my hands forward to catch her or else we would have both fallen to the ground. But the fact that she did this put us both in a very awkward situation.

I wanted to help her stand up, but she just looked up at me with big wide eyes and asked, "Do you not want to come with us?"

As she did this, I could see that the top of her shirt was loose and I had a view of what was inside. Of course, I only looked for a second before quickly turning away after noticing this.

Still, that was enough to get a view of this…

"What is she doing?" I couldn't help thinking to myself in a shocked manner.

The way that she was acting, it was clear that she was planning something.

Only if it was what I thought she was planning, that would just be too hard and shocking for me to accept.

With a cough, I calmed myself down and said, "First, how about we calm down and talk things through? I'm sure that it isn't comfortable for you to be like this."

The saintess just ignored this as she pressed herself against me even more, which just made a bitter smile appear on my face. After all, I could feel certain things pressing up against me when she did this.

It wasn't something that was big or small…it was enough to feel it clearly though.

"Just who taught the saintess something like this?"

When she did this, it was impossible to mistake what she was doing.

Only I really had to question who had taught the saintess something like this!

The saintess was supposed to be pure, yet they had taught something like this to that pure saintess. It really felt like they were trying to corrupt her with the kind of knowledge that they were filling her head with.

Though looking closely, I could see that the holy knights and priests weren't completely innocent.

After all, all of them were turning away from this and acting like they didn't see or hear a single thing.

They were clearly trying to give the saintess space so that she would be able to do what she needed to do, while also surrounding us so that no one would be able to interfere.

These people…

Just what are you doing to the pure saintess!?
