Chapter 1551: Chen Dynasty Emperor’s Defeat

With the power of the heavenly phenomenon from the death of the second tier True Immortal, Shang Xia managed to gather a concentrated ball of lightning. It was so powerful that high-level True Immortals would also have to be wary.

However, the Chen Dynasty Emperor had no intention of confronting Shang Xia directly and instantly used a substitution technique to dodge the strike.

It would eventually detect the use of the banner and increase the intensity of the suppression.

Yet, Shang Xia relentlessly charged forward until the Chen Dynasty Emperor reappeared in his sight.

"You actually had the guts to follow me?!" The Chen Dynasty Emperor was both surprised and puzzled.

"Heh... You had the guts to appear in front of me alone!” Shang Xia sneered with a hint of disdain.

"Preposterous! You’re looking to die!” The Chen Dynasty Emperor roared with anger. He stopped suddenly and despite it being the territory of the Qi Dynasty and there being an agreement between the dynasties, he reached into the void to retrieve a magnificent golden sword. Without a second thought, he slashed through the void, producing a terrifying sword qi.

Facing the powerful sword qi, Shang Xia didn’t bother slowing down. Instead, he started to accelerate and fly even faster. @@novelbin@@

At the same time, he clapped his hands in front of his chest as 2 clumps of five colored clouds turned into the shape of massive palms. Five colored light started to swirl in those giant palms with the light on each palm spinning in opposite directions. As they came into contact with the sword qi, all the energy it contained was eaten away.

In the split second it took to negate the sword qi, Shang Xia once again drew closer to the Chen Dynasty Emperor.

With a cold snort, the Chen Dynasty Emperor didn’t panic when he saw the approaching Shang Xia. Instead, a sinister smile started to form on his face.

As he raised his sword, countless sword phantoms appeared within his domain and started to slash at Shang Xia.

"In my sword domain, I am invincible!" The Chen Dynasty Emperor declared as he took another step forward. With both of their domains clashing in mid air and grinding against each other, the might of both grand completion stage sixth tier True Immortals were put on full display.

In a foreign world, Shang Xia was undoubtedly forced to a disadvantage. His domain was shredded by the sword lights that flew rampant in the Chen Dynasty Emperor’s domain.

Even so, Shang Xia seemed oblivious. He continued to close the distance until they were barely a few hundred miles apart. The next moment, the giant hands formed from the five colored clouds transformed and seemed to turn into real hands that plunged into the Chen Dynasty Emperor’s sword domain before tearing in opposite directions.
