After Fenix slapped the shit out of Fei a few more times until his cheeks swelled and 2 of his teeth fell out, Cain waved his hand dismissively as he walked with Ayla in his arms towards his seat.

"Wle!" Ayla stuck out her tongue at Fei as she thought that he deserved it for breaking her liquid medicine before.

Fei gritted his teeth and gave a glare at Ayla as if he would remember this in the future.

"Big brother Cain, look!" Ayla pointed at Fei, giggling away. "He lost his rabbit teeth!"

Cain only gave a glance while shaking his head helplessly that Ayla still had some energy to mock the others even after crying that much.

"You!" Fei clenched his fists, feeling humiliated since he had never been this humiliated. Let alone with an ordinary little girl. However, his anger immediately went away because he was slapped by Fenix once again.

"Any more protests from you and all your teeth will be gone." Fenix smiled wickedly.

"Do you have any idea what the consequences of this might be?" Old Wei asked, gritting his teeth, as he could only do so because the girl in front of him was preventing him from making a move.

As Cain said that, Yuchen glanced at another middle-aged man who came with the other two and moved her head slightly, instructing him to not linger any further as he was someone from the Starlight Auction House that was being forced to show where she was after the duo checked that there was no one inside the room VVIP-1.

Because the room VVIP-1 was meant to be for her and Old Feng, but because she saw that Garran had already followed him, she decided to ask for permission to join them, and fortunately Cain didn't mind.

"You! Do you even know who you're dealing with?" Old Wei spoke with a confident tone as he shifted his attention towards Cain.

"Hmmm? Can you please elaborate on it because I have no idea about the forces in the outside world?" Cain showed a curious expression as he wanted to play along a little bit further even though he already knew their origin the moment he checked their information.

"Hmmph! We're from the Half-Dragon race!" Old Wei snorted as he declared his origin before continuing with a smug expression. "That means if you dare challenge us, you're essentially challenging the entire Dragon Race!"

"What? Really?!" Cain showed a shocked expression before he spoke to Ayla with a worried expression and voice. "Ayla, look what you've done! Hurry and apologize, so we can avoid more trouble."

Ayla immediately panicked and stood on Cain's lap before bowing in Fei's direction. "I'm sorry! Please forgive Ayla!"

After apologizing and standing with a scared expression, she then wanted to slap herself as she thought that Fei was slapped by Fenix because of defending her.

When Old Wei and Fei saw that, they instantly smiled wickedly, as they would definitely pay this humiliation back, as they thought that Cain feared their background and the things they had done were just purely because of an impulsive act.

However, before she could slap herself, Cain stopped her with a smile. "Ayla, I was just messing with them for fun. You don't need to apologize or hurt yourself."

Ayla instantly pouted angrily, puffing her cheeks cutely, and stomped her foot on Cain's thigh before going down as she intended to go to Elara.

"If you don't want those liquid medicines, it's okay then." Cain tilted his head as if he wouldn't give them to her if she walked away.

Ayla immediately stopped after taking a step and came back to Cain, hugging her unhappily.

"Alright, I'm sorry," Cain said with a soft chuckle, ruffling her hair. "How about this: I'll triple your liquid medicines later, but only if you promise not to be upset anymore."

Ayla's eyes lit up at his words. "Really?"

"Absolutely, if you stop being mad and sad."

"Yeay! Thank you." Ayla cheered, throwing her arms around Cain in a gleeful hug.

Everyone shook their heads helplessly when they watched the scene before their eyes, while Old Wei and Fei could only swallow their humiliation inwardly.

Cain tilted his head as he glanced at Fei and Old Wei. "What's wrong? You think I'm scared of your so-called Half-Dragon Race?"

Cain then continued with a sneer. "Your half-dragon race was even being despised with the 'real' dragon race, yet here you are, bragging about your background as if it's worth any respect."

Before they could respond, he raised a hand, abruptly cutting them off. "Enough. I don't want to hear more of your nonsense. Just state your business here and leave. Your presence alone is starting to irritate me."

Subsequently, Fenix let go of Fei with a chuckle before going back to his seat as Anya also went back to her seat.

However, Fei only glanced around at everyone present and snorted in anger before walking towards the door as he intended to leave right away.

"Cain, sorry." Garran scratched his head as he explained. "He is probably here because of me and her. He probably thought that I was hitting on her since he must have heard the news that I'm here. As you know, there are many people after her."

"I have nothing to do with that jerk!" Yuchen immediately chimed in panic as she waved her hands at Cain as if telling him that she and Fei didn't have any special relationship.

Garran chuckled at Yuchen as if he saw her through her intention.

When Yuchen realized it, she blushed and closed her face with both of her hands, feeling embarrassed that she was too obvious with it.

"Let's forget about it and move on because we are here to enjoy ourselves." Cain waved his hand dismissively before glancing at the platform, where coincidentally the auctioneer was about to auction the next item.

"The next item to be auctioned is a very special one. The reason why this thing is special is that its value might be high or maybe even worthless." The beautiful auctioneer said with a charming voice that seemingly drew everyone's attention.

As she said that, an elegantly white-dressed woman stepped forward from the backstage while holding a jade plate in her hands. Everyone's attention was drawn to that jade plate as they saw a fragment map.

The auctioneer giggled and continued. "Everyone should have seen it clearly. This ancient map is related to the ruin inside the secret realm that's about to open around a week later. The person who sold this map said that he coincidentally stumbled upon a secret room where he found this map fragment. As you already know, there's an infamous ruin that's extremely dangerous because it has caused a lot of casualties even to the top elites from the outside world."

She then paused for a moment before explaining further with a smile. "We don't know the specificity of this fragment map, but we can confirm that it's related to the ruin as the Starlight Auction House also possessed another fragment map. Thus, I'm talking to honored guests here on the young miss' behalf that if you possess a similar fragment map, we can cooperate with each other, or we could even buy it for a high price."

After pausing for another moment, as she wanted to let everyone digest the information, the auctioneer immediately continued. "Not only that, the one who sold this fragment also informed us that when he discovered the secret room, he also found a few bottles and even found that they were filled with pills that had the pill veins. After the auctioneer finished with her explanation, the auction hall immediately filled with chattering as the atmosphere became intense.
