Catherine pondered for a moment, then realized that Lin Shen indeed hadn't sweet-talked Heatherne the way he had with her, even going so far as nearly killing Heatherne.

"If you keep spouting such shameless words, don't blame me for being rude." Catherine, dressed in a Western-style outfit, roared with anger and shot Lin Shen a fierce glare.

"It was you who asked, and now won't let anyone speak. Being a man is truly difficult." Lin Shen sighed as he pushed open the room's door, only to see a waiter standing outside.

"Sir, the master has requested that you go alone to the Elegant Garden," the waiter hurriedly said upon seeing Lin Shen emerge.

"Long Yue wants to see me alone in the Elegant Garden?" Lin Shen knew that the Elegant Garden was where Long Yue lived and found it odd why she would want to see him alone.

Today, although he had tried his best to bridge the gap with Long Yue, he was clearly not good at flattering others, and he could feel that Long Yue was not particularly moved by his compliments.

Lin Shen looked towards Catherine, who approached and wrapped her arm around Lin Shen's, saying, "The dialectic meeting has ended, we have other matters to attend to, so let's not bother Long Yue."

As she spoke, Catherine pulled Lin Shen out, leaving the waiter in a difficult position, but he dared not obstruct Catherine and could only go back to report to Long Yue.

"Kristin is indeed a rare genius of our time, and while Heatherne may be too greedy, unable to merge all her abilities into one and truly harness them for herself, each of her abilities comes from a top-level talent, and a collective strike from her already far exceeds the strength limit a Nirvana Being can withstand. Such individuals, yet both are no match for Lin Shen, his blade technique, that punch, I fear at the Nirvana Level, there is none who can equal him. It seems that the rumors of him having defeated Di Esi might not be entirely unfounded."

Reflecting on the dominance of Lin Shen's punch, Long Yue grew even more curious, "He comes from a minor clan, not having grown up practicing with the Celestial Race; even if he received assistance from the Celestial Race later on, such a level of cultivation surely cannot be solely attributed to them. I wonder if his growth process might have elements that other minor clans could learn from."

But then, upon another thought, Long Yue found it somewhat amusing.

Lin Shen, a person clearly endowed with great ability and talent, capable of winning others' favor and respect through his own merits and strengths, yet he insists on using such heavy-handed words to please others, it is truly baffling.

"Could this person have a pleaser personality?" Long Yue pondered to herself.

Lin Shen actually wanted to meet Long Yue, but on second thought, with a literary young woman like Long Yue, it would be very hard to find common ground, and going there could likely not win her favor but instead might make the atmosphere awkward or even cause Long Yue to be more disappointed in him.

Catherine was very satisfied with Lin Shen's behavior. It seemed that he had no intention of meeting Long Yue and obediently followed her away from Weishan Mansion.

"I've made you lose the chance to be alone with Long Yue, do you hate me to death?" Catherine asked while piloting the flying vehicle.

"Not just to death, but to the point of exploding with hatred. How are you going to compensate me?" Lin Shen said.

"If you keep talking that nonsense, I'll throw you out right now," Catherine said, rolling her eyes. She had already guessed what Lin Shen was going to say.

Lin Shen had no choice but to shut his mouth. Seeing that he stopped talking, Catherine continued, "You'd better keep your distance from Long Yue and not get entangled with her."

"Why?" Lin Shen asked, curiously.

"Her background, appearance, talent, and abilities are all top-notch, but there's one thing that's not good about her, and it's quite fatal," Catherine said seriously.

"What?" Lin Shen grew even more curious.

"She's an extreme idealist, always thinking about making all the races in the universe live together in peace, with both great and small clans benefiting each other."

"That doesn't seem to be wrong."

"The idea is good, but it's too idealistic. Her idea is essentially the pursuit of absolute fairness, but fairness is always relative, never absolute," Catherine said. "Take, for example, two workers who perform the same job. According to her, both should receive the same wages and benefits to be fair. But if one worker works hard while another slacks off, and they get the same treatment, is that really fair?"

"Her ideas are extremely dangerous. Catherine dropped Lin Shen off at the hotel but did not return herself. Instead, she flew off in the flying vehicle.
