They lack vocal organs and rely entirely on a form of mental communication similar to telepathy,” she continued.

Finn Lewis was astonished; he had thought he was unique with such abilities. But to his surprise, there were races within the Galactic Federation with similar abilities, lacking vocal organs and using a type of mental communication akin to telepathy.

“Your Highness, you are aware of hypnosis, right? It’s when one person hypnotizes another. In fact, brainwaves are a type of magnetic field, and hypnosis is the act of affecting someone’s magnetic field. If Your Highness does not train to control your psychic power, when it becomes strong enough, just by speaking to someone, even if you unconsciously wish to persuade them, you could instantly hypnotize them. But the hypnosis is not the kind Your Highness understands.”
