The CEO's Wife Is A Demon God's Daughter

Chapter 967 967: Alliance of the Evil Ones

The evil witch continued wandering around using Cassie's body. She ended up passing by the Main Hall of the Guardian Warriors. This place was near the divine mountain. This was the headquarters of the opposing clan headed by Mheera and Calec.

Her presence alerted the guard. It was Calibur who encountered Cassie and Flint's team at their arrival.

"Enemy is here! Enemy is here!" Calibur shouted, informing the other guardian warriors nearby. Those who heard his call swiftly converged on his location, encircling the malevolent witch.

"She's a fire-element wielder! Be careful. She is strong and has a mythical creature!" Calibur warned his comrades.

Calibur, with his sword drawn, stood firm in front of the group, his eyes fixed on the unfamiliar intruder in Cassie's form. The other guardian warriors, armed and ready, formed a defensive perimeter around them.

Calec, the leader of the guardian warriors, arrived at the scene, his gaze narrowing as he assessed the situation. Calibur, standing by his side, whispered a few words to him.

"What is the meaning of this intrusion?" Calec demanded, his tone carrying a mix of authority and suspicion. "Identify yourself and state your purpose."

"Calm down. I'm not here to fight you," the evil witch stated, walking around leisurely. She wasn't threatened by the guardian warriors.

"You are lying! You fought us before together with the traitors." Calibur insisted. He could never forget this woman's face. She was a big threat to them because of her powerful ability.

The evil witch chuckled, still assessing the mood. If they would attack, she would certainly retaliate.

'Hmm. The other group is searching for me. I guess… I can use these people while hiding from the firefox and the other group. I just need more time so that I can finally claim this body forever.' The evil witch thought to herself.

"I understand if you don't believe me. But I am willing to prove my sincerity. I came here to propose an alliance. I will help you," the evil witch tried to negotiate with them.

Calec, as the leader of this clan, decided to listen to her proposition. "Then prove it. What can you offer us for this alliance? And why are you doing this?"

"I can give you information," she said, smiling mischievously. "A very useful information… regarding your enemies." She stared at Calec meaningfully.

"Tell us… then I will decide whether to accept it or not." Calec motioned for his comrades to keep their weapons. He was open to negotiation.

"You are looking for the rebels, am I right? I know where they are hiding. You can give them a surprise attack, I will guide you to their hideouts," The evil witch offered them.

Calec and others fell silent for a moment, exchanging glances with one another. It was a very tempting offer, however, they couldn't trust her completely.

"What if this is part of your trap? How can we trust you? You fought us to defend those traitors," Calibur spat back at her, his mind filled with lingering doubts.

"That's true! She might be plotting a trap with her comrades. We should not trust her, guardian leader!" Another warrior spoke up, expressing his distrust toward Cassie– the evil witch.

The evil witch burst out laughing. "You are overthinking. Why would I do that? I can evil kill you right now without somebody's assistance."

With a casual gesture, she flicked her fingers, and the accuser found himself writhing in agony. He collapsed to the ground, clutching his head and pleading for mercy. "Aah! It hurts! Please, stop... please, s-stop!" his desperate pleas filled the hall.

Calec, Calibur, and the others stood in shock, witnessing the eerie spectacle. A collective shiver ran down their spines as the powerful woman displayed her abilities. Bewilderment filled the air, and they were left mystified as one of their comrades collapsed, victim to the mysterious force at play.

The evil witch continued her laughter, her eyes glinting with a sinister gleam. The incapacitated guardian warrior writhed on the ground, pleading for mercy. The surrounding guardians exchanged uneasy glances, unsure of how to confront this formidable enemy.

As the tension escalated, Calec, taking charge of the situation, stepped forward. "Enough of this!" he declared, his voice resonating with authority. "Stop hurting my comrades. We are here to negotiate, not fight."

The witch smirked, her amusement undeterred. "Very good! That's what I am waiting. This is my condition…" she paused, making her way toward Calec.

"Can you kill the firefox? If not, then you can try and seal it using your power. I'll give you their exact location. That's what I want to gain from this alliance." The evil witch was so wary of Scarlet since she was connected to Cassie. She feared that Scarlet's presence could awaken Cassie's subconscious. Eliminating Scarlet was crucial to prevent any interference in her plans.

"You are powerful. Why can't you kill the Firefox yourself?" Calibur questioned her again.

"Because she is part of me. I can't hurt the firefox that's why I'm giving this task to all of you," The evil witch replied matter-of-factly.

"Wait! You are making us confused. If you are part of her, then why do you want to kill the firefox?" Calec probed once again.

The evil witch hissed, rubbing her temples. She was losing her patience. She didn't want to answer their questions. "I have enough. If you don't want to cooperate then be it!"

The evil witch was about to leave when someone suddenly showed up, joining them.

"Wait! Don't leave."

All heads turned in the direction of the voice, surprised to see their Head Shaman.

"Mheera?! You're back?" Calec questioned his wife in disbelief. Mheera was supposed to be in the other realm.

Mheera ignored Calec's question as she walked toward the evil witch. "You are not her. You are attempting to take over this body." Her eyes gleamed with excitement and anticipation. Mheera was familiar with this, having once experimented with a forbidden spell of soul possession. She could discern that the woman before them was under the influence of an evil witch.

The evil witch's sinister laughter bubbled up once again. She was amazed when she heard Mheera's words. "Oh. I didn't expect to meet someone like you here. You are smarter than them. I like you already.

Now, tell me your name."

"I'm Mheera, the Head Shaman… and the leader of this clan," she introduced herself.

"Good. Mheera… do you believe my words? Will you form an alliance with me?" The evil witch asked her directly, disregarding Calec's presence.

"Yes. I will! Let's destroy them together!" Mheera immediately accepted the alliance with the evil witch.

"Hahaha! Great decision, Mheera!" The evil witch approached her, tapping her shoulders.

Calec and Calibur could no longer defy Mheera. She was the real Boss in their clan.

"I apologize for their impoliteness. I hope you will forgive them," Mheera apologized to the evil witch.

"Haha! I don't mind."

"I'm glad. Now, allow me to welcome you inside. Let's strategize our next move. I'm eager to eradicate the traitors. We've been diligently searching for them, but they are adept at concealing their tracks," Mheera warmly entertained the evil witch.

"Don't worry. I will assist you," the evil witch reassured her.
