Chapter 191 Movie - Qin Feng - 2!
"I'll never let 'It' fall into your demonic hands. You may have succeeded in poisoning me, but that doesn't mean I'm helpless!"
As he said this, he closed his eyes and began conjuring a skill.
A golden light began to gush out of his body and seeing this, the two cultivators' eyes widened.
"We have to stop him! Don't let him use that skill!"
One of the two cultivators yelled, instantly recognizing the skill that the wounded cultivator was conjuring.
I was hiding behind a tree, far away from this scene to not get implicated in the fight of these cultivators.
The two cultivators were wary of the wounded cultivator and soon I understood why.
From the wounded cultivator's body, a golden light shot straight to the sky, forming a pillar of light.
His eyes emitted golden shiny light as his body began to float in the air.
Suddenly, his demeanor had changed after the light appeared.
The two cultivators were visibly afraid as one of them cursed:
"Shit! It seems we are late. He has already summoned the sword spirit by offering his remaining life force."
The cultivators floated back in caution, as the other cultivator suggested:
"We should retreat, otherwise, we will lose our lives here!"
The first cultivator nodded in agreement with his suggestion:
"You are right. We can't win against this forbidden skill."@@novelbin@@
He then smiled victoriously:
"He is destined to die anyway. The Sword spirit will leave his body after 30 minutes. We can return then and take 'It' from his corpse!"
At this moment, the other cultivator asked him to hurry:
"We should hurry and leave before the sword spirit is finished taking control of his body."
The first cultivator simply nodded and took out a Teleportation talisman from his space ring.
They both used a teleportation talisman to teleport away to a random location far away, disappearing from the scene.
The reason for using a teleportation talisman instead of simply flying away to escape was simple.
The sword spirit was too powerful for them to handle and it could easily catch up to them if they were to escape by flight.
Using a teleportation talisman was the obvious and right choice to save their lives.
However, this also made it easy to predict their future move and the wounded cultivator had taken advantage of this fact.
The floating cultivator with golden glowing eyes suddenly lost his previous power and fell to the ground with a thud.
The golden glow vanished from his eyes as a pained expression that was full of agony appeared on his face.
Grabbing his chest in pain, he looked around.
Suddenly, his gaze stopped in my direction.
I was hidden behind a tree and hence was confident that he wouldn't be able to find me.
I even held my breath in hopes of remaining unnoticed, however, I underestimated a cultivator's senses.
His groaning voice entered my ears as he called: "Kid, I know you are there. Please, I need your help. Come here!"
My eyes widened in horror, realizing that he had noticed me.
I didn't know his intentions and couldn't help but curse my luck.
Getting involved with a cultivator couldn't be good, that's what my parents always told me.
The rain was pouring heavily on me and the thunder rumbled in the stormy weather.
I peeked at the cultivator while hiding myself behind the tree and asked:
"What do you want from me?"

The cultivator groaned:
"Kid, it is difficult for me to talk when you are so far away. Come near me."
I couldn't trust him so easily.
Who knew what his intentions were, right?
The cultivator also seemed to understand my worries as he groaned again:
"Argh... Kid, I'm poisoned and have no intention to harm you. Please trust me!"
Seeing the cultivator in so much pain and begging for my help, my young heart melted.
If he wanted to harm me, a tree would never be able to protect me from him, right?
I slowly approached him and stopped in close proximity to him from where I felt safe.
"Hahaha, Kid, I didn't expect the last person I'd see before my death would be an untrusting kid."
The cultivator laughed, hiding his pain, trying to lighten this awkward mood.
I, however, couldn't let my guard down.
I asked: "What do you want from me?"
The Cultivator looked at me and replied in a groaning voice:
"Kid, I'm an elder of the Tian Jian tribe's Tian Jian Sect. My name is Tian Jian Xunzi."
I knew about the Tian Jian tribe. It was one of the four righteous tribes and was a neighbor of our QingLong Tribe.
Since he was an elder, I understood that he was a big shot in the cultivator world.
I bowed, paying my respects:
"I greet the revered cultivator."
This was the greeting that we were taught for this kind of situation.
The cultivator laughed at my sudden greeting:
"Now you feel like greeting me?"
I could only scratch the back of my head with a bashful expression in embarrassment.
The cultivator smiled and spoke:
"Moving on to the main topic, I ask you, what do you think of the demonic tribes?"
Since I hadn't personally encountered the demonic tribes, I could only answer based on the information I had received from the elders of the village and my parents.
According to them, the demonic tribes were evil. They'd constantly attack our tribe to loot and plunder.
There were even rumors that they'd take our food, kill the men, ra*e the women, and feed the children to their beasts.
Anyone would hate them after hearing this news from their elders.
A full of hatred expression appeared on my face as I answered with gritted teeth:
"I hate them! They kill the weak and treat people as insects. How can I not hate them?"
Hearing my answer, the elder who was covered in wounds, nodded in satisfaction and appreciation:
"Excellent! You have the righteous spirit in you, kid. I think I can entrust my final mission to you. Will you help me?"
"Mission? What mission?"
"It is a mission that shoulders the world's fate. The success and failure of this mission will decide if the peace will remain in this world or the demonic tribes will take over our righteous tribes."
"And you want to entrust a mission that important to me? A kid?"
