With a city of this size and how general the description Adam gave, it meant that there were quite a few people that matched the description.

Lin Fan didn't care about this as he started dragging Adam all around the city.

Adam had no choice but to follow Lin Fan through all of this since he was the only one that knew who that other esper was. It wasn't as hard for Lin Fan since he had a higher level of cultivation, but Adam didn't have any cultivation at all.

The power that he had was mental, so his physical body wasn't as strong as his mind.

It was hard for him to run around like this.

When she came back to her senses, she found that she was in a small room with Lin Fan and Adam standing in front of her.

She didn't recognize who Lin Fan was, but she definitely recognized Adam.

The moment that she saw it was him, she said, "What are you doing? What are you doing here?"

The way that she narrowed her eyes as she looked at him made it clear that she was questioning him. At the same time, it made it clear that she thought that she was above him.

Adam didn't answer this question and instead revealed a faint smile as he turned to look at Lin Fan.

Lin Fan waved his hand for Adam to move out of the way.

Once Adam was out of the way, he stepped forward towards this female esper.

She looked at him with a fierce look before saying, "What are you doing?"

She couldn't react when he suddenly punched her in the stomach.

The wind was knocked out of the female esper when she was hit in the stomach like this and there was a trace of rage that appeared in her eyes. But then that trace of rage disappeared as she had a confused look on her face.

That was because she found that she wasn't able to use her powers at all.

No matter how she tried, she found that there seemed to be something that was blocking her. It was as if this thing was just keeping her powers locked inside of her, making her unable to do a single thing.

Lin Fan didn't care about what she thought as he continued doing the same thing.

The female esper wasn't tied up, so it wasn't as if she couldn't fight back.

The only problem was that there was a difference in physical power between her and Lin Fan.

She was an esper that was like Adam.

That was how she was able to blend in with the mortals of this city and work at that inn.
