Chapter 111: Untitled

In the compression infront of him, there stood a massive tree connected and spreading its roots into a rocky formation below it. Enjoy new stories from My Virtual Library Empire

It looked something like the ritual sites Carlson had created all over the three outposts to draw the wanning beasts. But this one was quite different in the sense that it was more permanent and didn't look manmade.

"Hm, still liking your wounds I see" Guilliman said calmly looking down at the cave below him. However, the cave seem too deep and dark for any human to be able to see through.

But Guilliman could, using his shared vision with his soul beast flea, he entered the cave and was now looking at a giagantic bear monster licking its wounds deep inside the cave.

During the seige of ravenskeep, this creature was one of the few that had escaped the savagery of the fog. Guilliman had seen the amount of damage this thing could give out and take so he pecked it as the perfect candidate for his next target.

He wouldn't be able to live with himself if he let go of the opportunity to add this descendants of the great abomination go without adding it to his summons.

Not only would its abilities be great, the thought of having something that could grow so strong it could face up against an entire shelter gave him goosebumps.

"Let's see if today is the day" Guilliman smirked and pushed ghost forward allowing him to descend into the small valley compression infront.

This wasn't his first time finding and attacking this thing. Every time he did in the past he would not only lose, but would irritate the thing so much that it would just opt out to find another place to stay.

Sadly, Guilliman would find him in a matter of hours and continue his onslaught against it. The entire situation was extremely tiring.

"Hello!!!" Entering the cave atop ghost Guilliman voice resounded through the air, firmly gripping a claymore on one hand and a metallic shield with several scales on the other hand.

Deep inside the cave, a pair of red eyes towering 12 feet shone in the darkeness, however it felt reluctant to step forward. He had tried to kill this ant on several occations and failed each time….it didn't know whether to run or fight this tiny human figure.

"There you are…" Guilliman smirked, as the view of the monsters giant body came into view.

It was a white bear with a black crescent moon on his underside. It had sharp claws and fengs that could reap through the strongest alloys. It was truly monsterous.

"Grrrr!" It growlled at Guilliman as if warning him not to come any closer. By all means, it was stronger than Guilliman, the fact that it kept losing wasn't an indication of it being weak.

Yet here it was, refusing a fair fight.

"Don't worry, this will be our last fight I promise" Guilliman said with an evil grin on his face.

Hunting beasts and being hunted gave two different feelings, he liked this feeling much better than the latter.

"Roar!!!!" The big bear couldn't understand human tongue, but that grin on Guillimans face was a clear indication that he would not step down.

Fine!! They would only have to fight to the death then. It was also sick and tired of running and hiding.

Seeing this, Guilliman smiled and beckoned the bear forward with his claymore in a clearly provoking manner.

The beast didn't waste anytime pushing itself forward in a split second and rushing at Guilliman with everything it had.

The ground shook violently as it pushed at Guilliman with its left claw swiping down at him.

'Same old tactics, this big oaf never learns' Guilliman saw the swipe from a mile away and with a simple sway he pushed ghost to dodge and fly to the side of the beast.

The wanning bear was use to attacking what it wanted to attack when it wanted to attack it. Most things even the fog would actively stay away from it before now.

Whenever it did attack, it was always at the advantage either sneak atttacking its opponent or fighting when the full moon was hanging over its head boosting its power. This had severely damaged its learning process to the point where he could only use one tactic.

Brute force.

Unfortunately for it, the person he was fighting was someone who wasn't as physically strong as it was, but was apt at killing things bigger and stronger than him.

"Saw blade" Guilliman mid dodge pulled out four curved daggers with strange inscriptions on them from his amour and threw them directly at the beasts under arm.

Mid flight, the curved daggers began spinning in a counter clockwise direction assuming the shape of a circular saw.

-grinnnn

Suddenly the circular saw broke through the beasts skin and buried itself inside of it causing it to bleed profusely in its under arm.

"Roarrr" the beast screamed in pain wincing as it felt the metal blades buried themselves inside of it.

This wasn't the first time Guilliman had done this to it. All over its body there were pieces of metal embedded in them causing his wounds to not heal.

It took a lot of energy to pull out just a few, but Guilliman just kept putting them back whenever he tracked it again.

Three more saw blades came flying from Guilliman as he weaved and dodged the incoming attacks from the beast.

He was slowly wearing it down, the daggers this time were laced with a type of poison he got from hunting. Not only did it destroy any chance of healing, it was slowly killing the beast. Or at least weakening it.

"Good thing this isn't a moon night" Guilliman muttered watching the beasts suffer.

The wanning beast, moons descendants had the strange ability to use the moon to empower themselves. That meant that on any night with a moon, it would become harder and harder to fight a wanning beast.

Guilliman of course took that into account before coming here this time.
