Chapter 320: First Legendary Grade Item
"The sword is sold for 67 million to the lady in VIP room 15."
Alina's voice rang out, signaling that the first item had finally found an owner in less than 30 minutes.
The bidding this time was swift, and the prices called out by many were far beyond the standard value one might place on the sword.

But it was sold quickly, and another sword was brought forward.
"The next item is also a Heaven-grade sword, crafted by Metal Saint Bruce. The bidding starts at 2 million, with a minimum increment of 100,000. The bidding starts now."
"4 million!" someone shouted.
"6 million!"
"10 million!"
The prices began to climb rapidly, causing everyone interested in the sword to grow increasingly competitive. This sword, crafted by one of the 14 Metal Saints, was not something to be taken lightly.
The Auction Master had announced yesterday that there would be only five Heaven-grade items today, and so far, this was the second one being auctioned, meaning the remaining three would follow soon.
Those who desired the Heaven-grade sword continued to bid, while others who preferred to observe and see how the event unfolded kept a close watch.
Forty minutes later, the sword was sold to another lady in VIP room 17.
Kent could not see them since the formations were now preventing anyone, not even the Transcendents, from peeking at anyone.
But he told them they were all disciples from the top sects who came for the last day of the auction. Two managed to get lucky.
The second sword was sold for 80 million.
Then, the next item, a weapon, was brought out—a heaven-grade spear crafted by Metal Saint Willie, one of the finest blacksmiths from the Athea Kingdom.
Kent could tell this was the auction house's way of showing their respect to the Blacksmiths.
The item was also sold quickly for a whopping 120 million.
This time, it was bought by a young man inside VIP room 78.
The auction house is big enough to accommodate that many rooms. This time, the voice also sounded to Kent like it belonged to someone from a top sect.
Naturally, he was spot on. Every sect had sent their top disciples. Some came on the first day but didn't bid. Others didn't come for either the first or the second day despite being nearby.
The fourth item came, and it was an axe made by Metal Saint Ronald. This bid lasted only 15 minutes, but the item was sold for 130 million.
It was a rather good axe with a beautiful design.
After the fourth, the last heaven-grade item for the day was brought out, and it wasn't something anyone could ignore.
It was a heaven-grade herb that, when eaten raw, would boost one's cultivation base by three levels. A very powerful herb, it was brought back from the Demon Mountains, one of the many dreadful places in all of the four kingdoms.
It was the place where Saden was awakened by Uncle Drew to become a Night Rider. It was also the place where most herbs can be found.
Though dangerous, with rumors saying one of the Forest Kings resides there, many still frequent there, for if they are lucky, they will be walking away rich men and women.
(A/N: Forest Kings are the Spirit beasts at the same level as the Kingdom Protectors. They are standing at the peak of this world)
"It took a team of seven Root Great Sages to ward off the beast protecting this herb before it was brought here. After appraisal, it was discovered that it was on the same level as heaven-grade items.
The bid is set at 20 million, with a minimum increment of 2 million. The bid starts now."
"30 million!" A sweet voice shouted the first bid from VIP room 30, but she was outbid the next second.
"40 million."
"50 million," the sweet voice spoke again.
"That voice sounds strangely familiar," Selene said, perking her ears to hear the voice again. "I have heard that voice somewhere before."
She tried to remember where she had heard the voice.
"That is the voice of the disciple of that Poison Witch who threatened to destroy the sect a couple of weeks ago if I wasn't brought out"
Kent said, prompting the ladies who had witnessed that event to immediately place a name to the voice.
"Looks like she really needed that herb," Neomi said.
"Indeed," Kent smiled.
"Don't tell me you're going to buy it from her," Selene, who saw the reason behind that smile, said, making the ladies look at Kent with varied expressions.
"I won't bother with her now, so she can buy this one if she has the money." Strangely, Kent didn't continue with his evil plan.
Of course, he contemplated snatching it from her, but then again, she was bound to him, so her master wouldn't be able to do anything to him.
"I'm sure her master is with her inside; that's why she's bidding such outrageous amounts," Mara said, narrowing her gaze at VIP room 30, though she saw nothing.
"She is indeed there," Ingrid said looking toward the VIP room. Her void eyes allow her to see through any obstacle. The formations were not much to block her from peeping.
"240 million!" Annabelle shouted, raising the price from 190 to 240 million. Just like that, she managed to ward off the other bidders and won the bid for a whopping 240 million spirit stones.
Though it was a lot of money, it wasn't something she would be concerned about, considering her master was a Pill Saint, someone whose wealth was immense.
"Looks like the big games are about to start," Kent said with a smile.
"You're about to make more enemies, huh?" Mara, who was getting comfortable and was now rubbing Kent's chest through his open shirt, said.
"They just choose to be my enemies when, in fact, they should have realized this was an auction where the rich get to have what they want.
But of course, since they want to take offense and try to attack me, then I can only prepare and wait for them to come."
"There's no stopping it, I guess," she muttered. Though she would love to cut a few heads off, her priority now was getting her sister back, so if possible, she would prefer not to have outside enemies.
They still have to deal with the monster inside the sect.
"Just relax. They'll understand why they shouldn't mess with me soon enough," Kent said, rubbing her thighs.
'She's not wearing anything underneath. Just what did the ladies do to her to make her take such bold action?' Kent wondered as he rubbed her thighs up to the waist area to confirm.
Indeed, she was not wearing anything under her gown. This made Kent's libido surge, causing little Kent to stir, creating an outline in his trousers.
The ladies saw this, and they all blushed. Val and Camilla, who were the closest, tried to look away, but Selene and the rest of the ladies met their gaze and smiled at them.
Obviously, they were about to have their first encounter.
"For the next item, we have a legendary-grade poison sac from an unknown serpent-type spirit beast. The bid is set at 100 million, with a minimum increment of 10 million.
Let the bidding begin."
What do you think?
