“Grandma Hawkins, I——” Matilda Ferguson walked forward, catching her bitter gaze, she turned to look at Austin Hawkins’s grandfather, “Grandpa Hawkins, Bryan had an accident, I am his girlfriend, I suppose to stay here and take care of him.”

“Who acknowledged you as Bryan’s girlfriend?” Before Austin Hawkins’s grandfather could respond, his grandmother denied Matilda’s statement.

In Henry Ruiz’s office, he took off his white coat and changed back into his own clothes. Carolline Ruiz sat on the sofa, Andy Aguirre poured her a glass of water. She appeared somewhat dazed, as if deep in thought.

“Don’t worry, Carol, the person’s already been saved.” Andy Aguirre gently patted Carolline Ruiz on her shoulder, thinking she was still worried about Bryan Hawkins.
