Chapter 358 The demon Kings
The next after Lilith was Zaphira, from the spirit race, and she was someone that fit the term free spirit, hardly ever concerning herself with the matters around her and just doing whatever she wanted.
She had black hair and eyes. She wore what looked like a man's jacket, but it was long all the way to her knee. She sat cross-legged, her head facing the ceiling in a nonchalant manner, like what was happening here didn't have anything to do with her.
Though she was this way, she knew how to come through when it really mattered.
The next demon king in the roster was Elise, the elven demon king. She was the definition of world-shattering beauty. Her golden flowing hair stood out everywhere, and so did her gold eyes as well.
Her skin was extremely smooth, like it had never seen any blemish. She looked like a woman in her mid-twenties, though she was far older than that. Experience exclusive tales on My Virtual Library Empire
She carried the aura of a proud ruler. Even her mannerisms and the way she subtly behaved gave off the vibe of a ruler. Her pride came close to even surpassing that of Daegon.
She possessed a powerful connection to the world tree, though she was not the one to inherit it. The world tree still guided her and gave her its power when she really needed it the most.
The next in the roster was the Leviathan, Malphas. He was a middle-aged man seated there with a scruffy beard and a rough demeanor.
But his eyes looked like the abyss, the depths of it hard to end. It was as though if one stared into it, they would be trapped inside the eyes forever.
Though he looked a bit scattered, there was a prestigious aura around him, one that no one could deny was there.
Then there was Raphael, the king of the arachnids. He was the strongest of the race, and he ended up getting chosen to be the one that would be a demon king.
He was a calm, handsome dude with silver hair and eyes. His skin was pale, so much that it was on the same level as that of Velora. He put on a white suit with black patterns, seated like a proper gentleman.
Normally, arachnids were females, but in every generation, a few males were born, and when they were born, they grew to be stronger than the females. They normally became the rulers during their time.
Raphael was seated next to the next demon king in the roster, and that was Mark, the Minotaur. He was the first Minotaur to become a demon king in history.
Their race was considered powerful, but not enough to be a demon king. But somehow, he managed to change all that during his time and became a demon king.
And his spot was never argued because his strength, even before his curse, was exceptional, and everyone knew about that, so they never argued it.
These were the top ten demon kings, their ranks chosen from their strength in battles and their levels.
After these ten was the final four demon kings. One was Roku, a dragon as well, but he was not the same as Daegon. He was a crystal dragon, a special breed of dragons.
His dragon race affected his human form, making him have shiny, crystal-looking hair and eyes. The crystal dragon race was the race known to be close in strength to the red dragons, but they suffered from a lack of population, and so they could never contend for the top spot in the race.
After Roku was Myr, the dark elf. She was an elf who, rather than being in tune with nature and life, was born with an affinity for death, darkness, and chaos.
That was the difference that existed between elves and dark elves—the separation and gap between them. Her skin was a light, beautiful grey color. She had purple eyes and hair.
She was almost as stunning as Elise, only falling short by a little bit in the way of beauty.@@novelbin@@
The thirteenth demon king was an unexpected figure, one that no one would even expect. It was the spike demon king, Vladis.
Unlike the other demon kings, Vladis received his curse at birth. The moment his parent slime separated into creating him, he received his curse, and that allowed him to grow fast.
He was a very special abnormality, and even though he was number thirteen, the demon kings respected him. After all, he was the first demon king that was a slime. Even though the Minotaur was the first as well, his case was not as unexpected like Vladis.
Vladis sat there in the body of a twelve-year-old. He had light blue hair and eyes, and pale skin. He leaned back into his chair, relaxing and watching everyone else.
The final demon king was called Star, and she was a spirit as well. She was considered the weakest because she was the one that had shown the lowest strength.
Sometimes the demon kings felt she was simply holding back because she hated work and was trying to look lazy, but no one really bothered about that. They let her do what she wanted to do.
Her human form was a pretty girl in her late teens, with black hair, but her eyes showed her unwillingness to be here, like she would rather be anywhere else than here.
Now that all the demon kings were seated, Daegon spoke.
"Thank you all for making it here to this meeting. I can already guess that everyone already knows the reason why we are here.
A final war before our generation is done has started, and that is because one of the demon king candidates killed a hero candidate.
That simply means he breached the peace contract, and per agreement, the heroes will surely begin the war.
We are here now to talk about dealing with the wars and ultimately taking control of Silva as well. He needs to be stopped from making more decisions."
What do you think?
