The Path to Becoming The Worst Villainess

"Derrick, it's been 4 days and we haven't found a single glimpse of an empty field!"

"Hang in there would ya? I'm sure we're closing in the gaps."

"What gaps? The gaps between my sanity and my insanity?"

"Oh, don't be dramatic Kyle."

"Shut the fuck up before I pierce this arrow up your ass."

"Geez, can you two calm down? It ain't that deep."

"I'd rather gather some herbs than find this piece of shit dungeon."

A party consisting of 4 people has been wandering around the forest after accepting the mission to destroy the goblin dungeon. Unlike Ahko, they come prepared for the trip that may or may not be costing their lives.

But it's proven to be somewhat more difficult than what they imagine, even though they have a map, it's hard to traverse the forest. 4 days have passed but it felt like an eternity for the party.

"Is there even a dungeon to begin with?" The mage asked.

"Why would the guilds put on a fake mission?"

"I don't know, to make it seem like they got a lot of missions than they supposed to?"

"What kind of dumb reason is that?"

"Look, if we don't find the dungeon today, I'm calling it off."

"You gonna ditch us like that? What a coward."

"I'd rather die while fighting than dying of starvati-"

"Wait." The warrior stop their conversation.

"Hm? What? Did you find it?"

"There." The warrior pointed in a direction.

"What? It just more fores-"

"Oh yeah, I see it." The archer cut off the mage's sentence.

"C'mon let's go!" The warrior fastened his speed to the direction he pointed at.

"This motherfucker thinks we can run as fast as him.."

The others follow not as quickly as the warrior, each step makes them get closer and closer to the field, but along the way they see purple blood scattered around the trees and grass.

"Did a party already destroy the dungeon?"

"No idea, the blood doesn't look fresh."

"I can see it! The portal!"

Once they reached the edge of the field, they saw so much blood that almost covered an entire side of the field. On the ground, many monster cores lie where the blood is.

"What a massacre..."

"The portal is still there, are they in there?"

"I don't think so, even if they are alive they must be in critical condition. Let's not waste any time!"

"Right behind you."

They entered the portal without any hesitation, all of them closed their eyes to not get blinded by the white flash when entering the portal. When they opened their eyes what they saw was a bloody cave as if the cave itself crying in purple blood. But the most prominent thing in the cave it's the most rancid smell they have ever smelled.

"This smell is so horrible!"

"I don't see any dead bodies anywhere..."

"Shh.." The warrior shushed them.

Silence filled the room. No sword fighting, screams, rocks moving, footsteps, or talking.

"Hey... I don't know about you but I think they are dead." The mage whispers

"If they are dead, the boss should be still inside but I didn't hear anything... It's so quiet..."

They slowly walk to the entrance of the center, along the way they hear a goblin that looks like it just woke up, it growls for a second, then it screams, then silence, then a thud.

"W-What the hell is inside the center...?" The paranoid healer asks.

"I-I don't know but it definitely not the boss."

Once they reached the entrance, they didn't see a big monster or a powerful one, at least not in their peripheral views. The goblin that was making noises can be seen at the front of the entrance, its head split in half vertically and its body turned into ash.

"It's definitely somewhere at our blind spot.."

"The goblin fell to the right, face towards the left so it safe to assume the culprit is on our left."

"You guys ready?"

The healer, mage, and archer nodded and they went in. They immediately look towards their left and what they saw is something they didn't expect. A figure, doesn't look that old based on their small body, swinging their legs while humming that sounds like a girl. She wears an adventurer's outfit so most of the party is relieved since it's not a monster.

"A... Girl..?" The archer confused.

"What is a girl doing by herself in the middle of the dungeon...? "The mage questioned"

An awkward silence filled the room, none of them expected a girl who may or may not have cleared the dungeon all by herself. They stepped out of their gaze and looked at the surroundings of the girl. A massive core on her right and a big pile of monster cores on her left. The girl's leg stops swinging and she slowly turns towards the party.

"U-Uhm... Hey... Who are you...?" The warrior asked in confusion but also fear.

The girl stands up while holding her dagger, it looks like she's going to fight the party.

"Whoa whoa whoa! We didn't come here to fight! W-We just here because of the mission." The warrior talks trying to calm the situation.

The archer and the mage readied their weapon in case of a fight, from what they looked, this girl wasn't an ordinary girl.

"C-Cut it off you two! Don't escalate this furt-"

The 3 members were shocked at what they had just witnessed. The warrior's head, splitting from his neck then falls to the ground. The mage and the healer dropped their weapons and were shaken in fear. It all happened so fast, that they didn't even see her arm move or the dagger hitting the warrior's neck.

"DERRICK!!"

The healer rushed to the warrior's dead body, placed her hand onto the warrior's chest, and her hand began to glow."

"Ressurection!"

"Ressurection!"

"Ressurection!"

While she's doing that, the archer grabs his arrow and shoots at the girl point blank but because he's also shaken by what he witnessed, he can't properly aim and shoot, but he pulls the bow's string too weak and the arrow just falls to the ground.

"Ressurection!"

"Ressurection!"

"Ressurection!"

Her hand keeps glowing forgetting to realize resurrecting someone with their head separated from their body is not something a weak healer can do. Then she heard 2 slashes sound behind her but when she tried to look behind her she saw 2 of her companion's heads falling and rolling to the ground.

She glances at the girl who was in front of her, now behind her. She couldn't see her eyes but she could feel the cold gaze the girl was giving her as ig she was about to meet the same fate as her colleagues.

"P-P-Please don't kill me!! I-I-I'll do anything!!"

She pushed away the warrior's headless body and backed away until she hit a wall. The girl continues to stare at her and walks towards her. The healer closed her eyes and prayed on the gods she wouldn't have to die this way and this soon, she still had something she wanted to do before letting go of her life. She felt the dagger hitting her neck, she let go a quick sigh thinking she was dead. After a few moments, she didn't feel her neck separating from her body but when she tried to move her neck she could still feel the dagger cutting deeper into her neck if she kept going.

"You'll do anything...?"

The healer's eyes wide open hearing that, she sighed in relief and anticipation. Relieved that she maybe, just maybe would live on and anticipating what the girl wants from a healer like her, maybe healing the girl's wound, or resurrecting the girl's friend, or maybe even-

"Can you resurrect that goblin?" The girl pointed to the almost ashed goblin.

The healer looked at the goblin that previously she looked down upon, and now she looked at the goblin with hope and confusion. Hoping that resurrecting that goblin may save her life but confused about how would she resurrect a goblin that half of its body has been turned into ash.

"I-I don't know if I-I can do that..." The healer pointed out the flaws.

"Do it, or you will end up like your colleagues."

Upon hearing that, the healer immediately crawls to the goblin's side. Fortunately, the part where the goblin has been turned into ash is not close to the heart, and its head while having been split in half, didn't turn into ash either. She put her hand on the goblin's heart, closed her eyes hoping for the best, and her hand started to glow.

"R-Ressurection..."

A few seconds passed, and she felt some movement from the goblin, she slowly opened her eyes and saw the half-goblin twitching, its head had connected, and it didn't look like the rest of its body was turning into ash. Unfortunately, it didn't last for long, since the goblin is in its half-ash state, blood pouring out of its body like an inflatable pool having its drain plugged out but instead of only a small part, it's half of the pool. The goblin screamed in pain and panically moved a lot until it stopped moving and silence filled the room again. It has died from blood loss.

"D-Does that mean I can go now..?" The healer looks at the girl with hope.

"Go? Who said you can go?" The girl asked with a hint of joy in her tone.

"W-Wha-"

The healer felt a blunt force on her forehead, then her world turned dark.

Ahko looks back at the healer who has just fainted by the back of her dagger.

Ahko dragged the healer's body to the spot where Ahko previously sitting before meeting the party.

"So they are just too weak?"

Ahko chuckles at the system statement but is also a little embarrassed. Those 4 men have been raping and torturing her for at least 2 weeks and she has been the victim of some weaklings. She gazes at the unconscious healer, sitting on the ledge. She undresses her cloak, folds it nicely, puts it on the ground, carries the healer, and then puts her on the cloak.

"We can stay here for a little longer but if they didn't return to the guilds it might cause me some trouble if the guilds sent a more powerful party."

Ahko then gazes towards the 3 dead bodies she has just killed. Suddenly, an idea comes on her mind. She grabs her dagger and walks to the dead bodies.

"I wonder..."

She grabbed the warrior's dead body, and cut him up to pieces, it wasn't easy with her dagger since her dagger is a quick slash type, not a slow butcher type.

"How can I eat this without feeling gross with raw human meat?"

She gazes at the mage's dead body.

"Does she have the fire-type magic? Only one way to find out."

She does the same thing to the mage as to the warrior. Once she finished, she grabbed the arm and ate it. She almost puked by the rawness of the meat but she already can handle such a thing back at the shed so she continues eating.

"Huh... I got a lot of spells. I don't have to buy the fire affiliation in the shop."

Ahko grabbed the warrior's arm, cut it to small bite pieces then cook it up using the fire on her hand. It took a little longer than she anticipated but it at least cooked to medium rare. She eats it whilst cutting the archer's arm.

Ahko shoves away the dead bodies and sits on the ledge waiting for the next wave of goblins to come.
