The paladin was totally bewildered, they did not know where the power came from, could that be a high level barrier? But it didn't seem like it, what is this?

"If you answer my question, I might spare your life..." Zhao Li Xin perfunctorily said, of course they don't believe him.

The Paladin Leader gritted his teeth, he tightened his grip on his sword, "We're not there yet!" he stretch out his hands and all of a sudden more vines emerged from the ground then attacked Zhao Li Xin like snakes while the leader's sword shone with a bright light, he raised his sword above his head then let out a thunderous roar.

The subordinates followed suit they raised their hands and the vines from the ground increased soon after vines spurt all over the place then attacked Zhao Li Xin one after another without stopping,

Zhao Li Xin dodged swiftly from each attack and it frustrated them cause Zhao Li Xin did effortlessly, then with a single wave of his hand the immortal flames burn the wild vines into ashes.

The ashes scattered right before their eyes made all the Paladin anxious but they were undeterred as they believed in the power that blessed them would not lose, once again they aimed their sword that engulfed with light at Zhao Li Xin. Even though the energy that comes from the sword is quite strong, unfortunately, they don't have sufficient knowledge about martial arts therefore they are not Zhao Li Xin match.

Zhao Li Xin grabbed one them by the arm then twisted his wrist, once he lost the grip of his sword he nimbly kicked the sword, instantly the sword flew making a 'swoosh' sound then stabbed the other poor Paladin right in the chest.

The poor Paladin died instantly, the sudden death shocked the remaining Paladins, including the leader, who did not expect he would lose one of his subordinates so easily. Zhao Li Xin didn't waste any time, he rushed toward their leader because he was the leader and also the strongest.

The leader was flustered in the face of Zhao Li xin's continuous attacks, he also befuddled by the reality that Zhao li xin power made his power felt meaningless. Alas, Zhao Li xin was too fast that his eyes barely could follow. However, what made him even more confused is where he learned this strange martial art, why had he never seen it before.

Zhao Li Xin remembers that Lory was bound by Mana's controller when she was kidnapped by Bella once, Lory even got hit by them, and soon after his expression darkened like a deep abyss. all of a sudden The Immortal Flame ignited around his arms like a torch and melted not only his sleeve but also the Mana controller.

"WHAT!"

"How could this be!"

They were all stupefied.

Imagine this tool being used to hurt someone like his wife, successfully driving him wild with rage. They turn anxiously at their leader but their leader is unmoving, they don't know if he is still alive or dead. They look at each other in despair but they don't have time to mull over their fate because Zhao Li Xin is already coming at them at full speed. The Paladin swings their sword but Zhao Li Xin gets behind him and twists his neck, the other refuses to give in they attack at the same time from left and right but turns out it is only the man's afterimages, they want to stop themselves but the other one was suddenly pushed by strong power as a consequence they find themselves thrusting their sword at each other, they were so shocked they died with their eyes open.
