280 Clearing Out The Deadwood Part Two
280 Clearing Out The Deadwood Part Two
I wasn't surprised when I went to bed and the guest room was empty. What was a surprise was the letter asking for the occasional use of the spare room as a private rendezvous. I had no problem with that, except I didn't gain anything from it besides a happy Satan-class devil and a distracted ruler of the Kuoh Territory.
I was tempted to accept and meet their expectations of just the spare room and nothing else, then thought about making it a contract with Sona. If I did that, I couldn't leave it as a simple room, since such a small space wasn't suitable for anything except sleeping in the bed that took up a good portion of the room.
My choice made, I closed the door and took out the materials I would need to expand the space into a full size apartment. A king-size or orgy-size bed was put in the bedroom, with two closets, and an ensuite bathroom fit for a King with a Jacuzzi tub and extra-large shower. A large comfy couch and various other expensive furniture was spread around the apartment to give it a live-in feel, too.
I hadn't had a reason to break out the things I bought way back in the Familiar of Zero universe and they fit into the theme of expensive taste that I had set for the apartment. I had some fun making it into an independent suite and added a kitchenette as well and filled the cupboards and refrigerator with food, both ready meals and ingredients under preservation charms.
As a few additional touches to complete the look, I added several magical paintings of landscapes that moved. One with a field of flowers, one with a mountain in the background and trees close up that swayed in a breeze, and a large lake with calming waves moving across the water. A vase of everlasting flowers was added to the dining room table and it was finished.
I drew up a contract to give to Sona in the morning and added reasonable terms, like a small monetary donation and a promise to not reveal to anyone else where their secret apartment was going to be. I etched in a permanent teleportation circle into the floor of the living room and left the door to my house there, locked of course, so no one on the outside could get in without their permission.
Since they were already added to the wards around the property, they didn't have to worry about anyone finding them there or detecting any magic they might cast, like teleporting in and out. I left the room and checked the door, making sure it did lock, and I went to bed.
I could have stayed up to look through the information I retrieved from Koneko and chose to sleep first. The early morning was plenty of time to pull out a computer to check it and find a list of targets that I could handle without anyone knowing about it. Well, until I told them about it, anyway. The cat-people needed to know their justifiable revenge was being successfully delivered.

That morning, several prominent members of the Old Satan Faction, including one of the most reclusive ones named Rizevim Lucifer, disappeared without a trace or a hint of what happened, mostly because a lot of devils thought he was already dead. The disappearances had been so sudden and complete that no one would notice for months, specifically because they were so reclusive.
Even Katarea Leviathan, the woman Serafall's previous title as a Satan was a grave insult to, had her entire house disappear, along with herself and her trusted advisers. The disappearance of the guards, the staff, and the devoted commoners of her lands, seemed inconsequential to the removal of her influence from politics and The Old Satan Faction lost all of their political influence practically overnight.
The hidden Niberius Clan, that had conducted the experiments to create an artificial Super-Devil and caused the backlash to the cat-people over Kuroka's actions, would never be found and their research was destroyed. All the backup labs and locations, the experiments, and other things in stasis, were all removed from existence... except for the last one.
That particular hidden lab contained a very controversial and quite living subject. Lilith, the mother of all devils. Somehow, her son Rizevim had slipped away from the final battle between his father Lucifer and his father, God himself, and ensured the both of them died in glorious battle. He then faked his and his mother's deaths to hide and run experiments on her. For centuries.
If anyone had been around, they would have heard a lot of cursing and regrets that Rizevim had died too quickly. How dare he do that to the woman that gave birth to him? He needed to be tortured for centuries for the disrespect and then reincarnated to suffer for another century or two. It was much too late for recriminations about being too efficient about things and a space had to be set up to keep the stasis chamber intact and powered.

Yasaka's attendant woke up to a text from her one night stand. She wasn't upset about it, since getting her itch so thoroughly scratched would keep her in a good mood for weeks. At least. That man really knew what he was doing and made her feel safe and content, despite not knowing him very well.
She checked her cell phone and didn't remember giving it to him, shrugged, and read the text. It was a link to something and she clicked it, even though she really shouldn't trust anything like that being sent to her. Whatever it was appeared on the little screen and it took her a moment to see what it was. She did just wake up, after all.
A gasp escaped her as she saw a video cued up and the starting image was of many bodies tied up on giant scratching posts. She tapped it with her finger and watched as each one confessed and then was shredded with a pair of giant cat's paws and claws. She held her phone with both hands and was frozen still as she watched the entire thing until it ended.
“I hope this anonymous video gets to the right people that need to see it.” A slightly distorted voice said and it was over.
She let out a very loud purr at recognizing her lover's voice and she couldn't deny that he had really turned her on by defeating her people's enemies in a very appropriate fashion. She could recognize his voice anywhere, no matter how distorted it was, because her hearing was much better than a normal person's and a little better than a devil's.
“Don't worry, Issei. I'll make sure all of my people see that we have someone willing to do anything to protect their kittens.” She said and clicked it to watch it again. She froze still again and let her feelings and emotions roll through her as her enemies were decimated. Was this how love started to grow?
Her father would definitely object to it, because he wasn't a calico like her. Her mother on the other hand, might ask to borrow him for a pet or two. Or ten. She might make her father watch how it was done, too.

I went to school again and Sona was there greeting students and her face looked odd for some reason. It wasn't until I was close enough that I saw the reason.
Sona was smiling.
“I didn't do it!” I immediately denied.
A few of the girls hanging out in a group by the school's gate laughed.
“I wanted to invite you to visit the Student Council Office for lunch, then I heard about what you did the last time you were in the cafeteria.” Sona responded. “If I deny a majority of the student body your presence, I might have a revolt on my hands.”
I almost laughed at that. “We can't have that, can we?”
“No, I like a nice quiet school.” Sona answered.
I waited until I was beside her to whisper as I handed her the rolled up contract. “Feel free to peruse that when you have some privacy and some spare time.”
Sona slipped it into her uniform coat and nodded.
I went inside and pretended to grab my class things from my locker for the morning. When I had them visible, I walked to class and waved and greeted other students along the way. As soon as I entered the classroom, one of the girls spoke up and all other conversation stopped.
“Did you break up with the school's mascot?” Murayama, one of the Kendo Club girls asked.
There went my good mood. I thought and sighed as I came up with a believable lie. “No, she broke up with me. I was kicked out of the Occult Research Club because I wasn't living up to their expectations and her own club duties will keep her away from me.”
“They kicked you out?” Katase asked, surprised.
“I helped them with a few things and it didn't turn out like I thought it would. Once Rias thought I wasn't good enough to be a part of her group, I was booted.” I said, which was as close to the truth as I could get without telling them about devils and me no longer being one.
“That sucks.” One of the other girls said and the rest nodded.
I sat down at my desk and put my things inside. “There's nothing I can do to change her mind, so I just have to move on and hope Koneko will contact me if she needs anything.”
“You're still going to do that, even if you're not together?” Another girl asked.
“Just because we're not dating, that doesn't mean we can't be friends.” I said and all of the girls had looks of disbelief.
“Yes, it does.” Katase said. “If you still act nice to a guy, he'll think you're still interested and won't stop hounding you for however long you pay him any attention.”
I held in my sigh at hearing that. “I'm sorry most guys don't have a clue how to handle things like that.”
Murayama huffed and crossed her arms with a pout. “Once you let them do something, they think they can always do it, even after you break up.”
I did sigh at that. “Again, I'm sorry. Giving them permission once shouldn't leave the door open for them to always go through it, even when you try to shut and lock it.”
A lot of the girls gave me surprised looks, probably because I understood what they were going through. Then again, I had a lot of experience and made some of the same mistakes, so it wasn't a huge stretch for me to sympathize with their plight.
Miss Yamanaka entered the classroom and smiled warmly at me. Most of the girls let out little giggles at the look, because they knew it was an effective way to motivate me to help her.
I took a deep breath and let out a long drawn out sigh. “Huuuuuuhhhh, okay.”
That made all of the girls laugh. The two Kendo girls, Katase and Murayama, actually clapped when I stood and walked to the front of the class. At least they appreciated my help as much as the teacher did.

Grayfia sat behind her desk and couldn't believe what she just heard. It was ridiculous.
Venelana only blushed a little as she locked gazes with the woman she had gravely insulted the last time they met. “Fifty million Devil Dollars to have Issei implant his and Rias' baby inside me is more than a reasonable offer.”
Grayfia took a moment to compose herself and completely ignored the money part of the offer. “You want to give birth to your own grandson.”
Venelana nodded. “It's to ensure he's born as soon as possible and also keeps him firmly in the control of the Gremory Clan.” She admitted. “We know full well that Issei can put that baby inside anyone and he will control the entire future of the clan. My husband can't have that happen, especially if Issei implants the baby into a human or some other race to make him a half-blood.”
“Which is unacceptable.” Grayfia said, getting to the heart of the matter.
“It is. He would be ostracized by his fellow Pillar Families for not being born under his own clan's banner, giving him a much harder political fight to somehow gain and then keep control of the Gremory Clan, their businesses, and lands.” Venelana responded.
Grayfia thought about the domestic affairs office and wondered if she could get the clan's financials to see if they could actually afford the fifty million price they offered.
Venelana took out a piece of paper and handed it to her. “Fifty million is all of our liquid assets.”
Grayfia accepted the paper and looked it over. Venelana wasn't lying, which was a surprise. Now she had to decide if she wanted to tell Issei about it or just reject it outright. Only an idiot would accept the first offer, since that was usually the lowball offer and kicked off negotiations to reach the real amount they were willing to pay.
“I'm not sure what else you think we can offer besides our best.” Venelana said, guessing what the expression on Grayfia's face meant.
“Is this really the best you can do?” Grayfia asked and set the paper down on her desk.
“We might be able to squeeze out another fifteen, maybe twenty million, if we cut back on most of the social programs we have in our territory.” Venelana admitted and didn't look happy about it. “Perhaps another five to ten million if we stop them entirely.”
The Gremory lands were some of the richest and well off territories in the Underworld and their spending reflected that. It was also why they had some of the biggest cities and the largest population of all the Pillar Families.
“So, about seventy to eighty million if you strip the place to the bare bones.” Grayfia said and Venelana nodded. She nodded back and took out her cell phone. She sent a text and waited without saying anything else, making Venelana a little nervous.
There was a flash of light from a teleportation circle and Venelana caught her breath at the prime physical specimen that stood in front of her.
“I don't normally add this into negotiations, except the last two times I didn't, it ended up in them anyway.” Issei Hyoudou said and handed her the contract. “I'll take the the original fifty million offer with a plot of land big enough to build a mansion on. In exchange, I'll give you what your daughter Rias should have had.”
Venelana couldn't stop her eyes from dropping to his waist before she opened the scroll and read the details. She blinked her eyes at it for a moment, then took a fountain pen from Grayfia's desk and poked her finger with it. She signed her name with her own blood and handed the contract and the pen to Grayfia.
“You accepted that a little too quickly.” Grayfia said and put the contract into her desk.
Venelana smiled wickedly and stood. “I was authorized to go as high as a hundred million and possibly ruin our territory to secure the future Gremory heir.”
Both Issei and Grayfia watched as Venelana pulled her dress off of her shoulders and let it fall to the floor, showing off her lacy purple underwear and her bra could barely contain her large breasts. Like Yasaka's, her breasts looked more natural than the other gravity defying ones that nearly every other woman had.
Venelana popped off her bra and let her massive mammaries free before she bent over and pulled off her panties. “Do you want me on the desk or over the chair's back?”
Issei glanced at Grayfia. “What do you suggest?”
Grayfia waved her hand at the papers on her desk and they floated over to the side of the room and stacked on the floor. Another hand wave and the desk's top gained a slightly wavy quality.
“On the desk.” Issei ordered.
Venelana touched the hard wooden surface and her hand sunk in slightly. She gave Grayfia a look before she turned around and hopped up onto it, only for it to act like the best bed in the world. She let out a hum of approval and laid back to spread her long legs.
“Go ahead and prepare me properly for motherhood.” Venelana said, sexily.
Issei stored his clothing and Venelana moaned at seeing his perfect member spring up to attention. “I think I'm starting to see why this gets added in all the time.”
“Yes, yes! Give it to me!” Venelana begged and grabbed his hips to pull him into her. “OHH!”
“You need to jumpstart her pregnancy cycle to match mine.” Grayfia said and took one of Issei's hands with one of her own, then her other one reached down to slap one of Venelana's breasts. “Once she's primed, you can implant the Gremory Heir into his own grandmother.”
Issei nodded and started to move in and out of Venelana like a jackhammer, while Grayfia abused her breasts, much to the older woman's delight.
What do you think?
