Chapter 213 - 209: The 8 Forces

[3rd POV]

Turns out the future kinda sucked, from what Barry and Cisco had said. A future that included the death of Iris, the invasion of Gorilla's, the death of innocents, and some other stuff, all in the form of headlines of the future. Each of those headlines being important in one way or another.

Talia didn't care too much about them, as she knew all of them and what they meant and how they would be dealt with. All thanks to team Flash, so she didn't need to worry too much about them, with them being naturally taken care of either way, with or without her help.

While the rest of the team were all having dinner together, Talia was off doing something else. She was exploring.

Turns out Earth 1 was even more interesting than she had expected. One of the first things she ended up noticing was that the world had a rather pitiful amount of magic, but in return, was absolutely flooded with the power of "Forces". And it was during this that she noticed that it wasn't just the Speed Force and Negative Speed Force that her senses were picking up.

The power of the forces were less than that of the Speed Force and its Negative counterpart, but they were strong either way. Each of them seemed to be connected to another primary concept of reality, and each of them were closely connected to one another, and the Speed Force itself.

She could feel them calling to her, seemingly wishing for her to become their host, just as the Speed Force and Negative Speed Force had. She wasn't sure how she didn't notice them before, but she suspected it was due to the influence of her heightened power, and her deep connection to the Speed Force and its counterpart.

She had noticed the leylines of this world's magic intersecting at certain points, which had led her to three Lazarus pits, each of them full of the unique liquid that made it up. She ended up absorbing one of them, finding that it had boosted her physical attributes by around 10%, which was a big boost.

As for the other two, she purged them of their annoying aggressive side effects, and sent it into her dimension, where it would grow massively stronger, growing more over time thanks to the influence of the energies of the world itself. They would slowly produce more and more of its lazarus water, that would then be used to strengthen her civilians even more.

This ended up completing a quest. A rather simple quest that didn't reward very much, but that was to be expected with how easy to complete it was.

Lazarus Pits

Details - Find and claim the remaining lazarus pits for yourself.

Naturally that had been claimed, as she then decided to deal with the forces that were seemingly attempting to connect to her. She wouldn't say no to more power, so, at the moment, she sat upon the peak of mount everest, meditating as she breathed out deeply, power beginning to role out of her, as she began to accept and pull on the forces, their voices speaking into her mind.

"Thank you for accepting us, Champion"

"You won't regret this, brat"

"Quite the logical choice"

"More logical than any other"

"Let's hope you'll be the proper choice"

"And don't be an idiot with our power"

The voices of six different beings echoed in her mind, the voices of six different forces of immense power. 3 positive and 3 negative.

The Force Champion

Rewards - 110 levels

Talia breathed out as she felt the power of the forces flow through her, lightning of various colors arcing around her as the world slowed and stopped, before continuing, she felt her strength grow massively, as her mind expanded even more, and her psionic capabilities were bolstered. At the same time, she claimed her 100 levels, and decided to continue with the Librarian class to level 200.

"Profound Cultivator" Talia said, cutting the system off before it could even continue, anything related to cultivation tended to be overpowered as hell, and strong enough to push her to a higher realm of power, and granting more control over conceptual abilities. Not to mention all the items, legacies, bloodlines, and everything else that could be gained.

[Profound Cultivator (ATG) - A class belonging to the Against the Gods universe. A class based around cultivating and growing the users "Profound Energy" every level grants the user purer, stronger, and more profound energy. Every 10 levels the user will breakthrough into the next level of the current "Realm" ; there are 9 mortal realms, 7 Divine Realms, and 4 True God realms. Once the user reaches level 1000, the higher realms will require more and more levels to grow. The user can also cultivate another "Set" on their own that is disconnected from the system, allowing them to be Elementary Profound (First realm) through the system and by themselves. The user has also been granted a set of "Veins"that will allow them to cultivate faster, born from having all 54 "Profound Entrances" open, the Heavenly God's Spiritual Veins. Every 50 levels the user will receive a bloodline/veins/body/legacy/inheritance. Note: The users profound energy is far stronger than normal cultivators, meaning they are much stronger than those in the same realm, even without all their other powers, this will continue to grow as the user gains more legacies, bloodlines, etc]

Assimilating the class into her, she breathed out as she felt the new "Veins" begin to develop within her, 54 entrances appearing that would be used to absorb and grow her profound energy. But it wasn't just profound energy that began to circulate through these veins, but all her energies, as the veins all connected to her "Core" where her circles and stars were at, increasing the power of the veins more than usual, and the power of her as a result. She could feel that she had broken through already into 3rd Level Elementary Profound for her own cultivation unbound by the system, all because of the assimilation.

As the assimilation ended, Talia let out a sigh as she got to her feet. She could feel all of the new power within her, and it was...quite immense, not only was it immense, but it was greatly appreciated and welcomed. As cultivation was something that would be needed in order to gain certain powers and conceptual abilities. That, and it wasn't too difficult to grow her cultivation, and she'd be able to grow her System Gained Cultivation AND her Non-System Gained cultivation, doubling the boosts.

Her clones wouldn't work for this sadly, but they would be able to train in the techniques. And even now, she can feel her sword divinity grow massively due to its deep connection to cultivation and the "Sword Intent" and "Sword Dao" all of which she'd need to grow and learn.

'Maybe I can even look into teaching the girls about this, as it would boost their power dramatically' Talia thought with a hum, before deciding to wait until she was certain it would be safe. As if she could, she would even teach cultivation to her civilians too, making her own "Sect". It would massively increase the power of her civilians, and begin to make them into true and actual powerhouses, ones that will be able to help in case she ever needed it. And with their absolute loyalty to her, she'd be able to teach them anything she needed to, and they'd use it to aid her.

"I guess it'll be power leveling time once I get the dungeon unlocked, as getting this class maxed out is an absolute necessity. And if I can, I'd like to get all the way to the highest realm, Ancestral God. As if I remember correctly, she's universal in power and is closely connected to the concept of "Nothingness". As something that powerful can't just be ignored" Talia muttered as she teleported off the snow covered mountain, and reappeared in Central City, back in her home with a yawn.

Glancing at the time, she stretched, before walking into her bedroom, softly muttering to herself.

"For now though...let's get some sleep"
